Or, Haritaki, Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Shatapushpa (Sanskrit: Śatapuṣpa, Romanized Sanskrit: śatapuṣpa, Literal meaning: Hundred flowers), black cumin, Karavira, Pippali root, Ajagandha (Sanskrit: Ajagandhā, Romanized Sanskrit: ajagandhā, Literal meaning: Goat-smelling), Zuurpa, Shudag, cumin and three hot spices, cardamom, three fruits, two kinds of ash, Manu, Ruta, five kinds of salt, Haritaki and ginger, all mixed in equal parts, with three parts Danti, two parts Dribida, two parts Bishaala, and four parts Shatala. The powder made from these is called "Sredmed's son's powder." Taking this, just as Khyungjuk destroyed the Asuras, it prevents and eliminates diseases caused by many ailments. For ascites, give it with whey. For wind-induced bloating, give it with wine. For wind disease, give it with wine wash. For constipation, give it with yogurt water. For hemorrhoids, give it with apple juice. For hardness, give it with Datura juice. For indigestion, give it with warm water. This benefits nocturnal emission, white leprosy, phlegm, difficulty breathing, stiff neck, heart disease, stomach disease, leprosy, cold stomach, epidemics, tooth poison, pulse poison, and mixed poisons. Combine it with your own strength and vigor, first nourish with oil paste, and then administer the purgative. Haritaki, cardamom, three fruits, Putseshel, Nilini, Kyichewa, Tala Durbida, Shudag, Gyamtsha, Kharutsha, and Pippali are powdered and taken with apple juice, or the juice of three fruits, or meat broth, or cow urine, or lukewarm water. This cures all tumors, spleen pain, all edema, vitiligo, leprosy, boils, unbalanced stomach heat, phlegm, hemorrhoids, white leprosy, and jaundice.

If taken in moderation, it eliminates ascites, mixed poisons, club-shaped diseases, bloating, tumors, intestinal carbuncles, as well as leprosy, mental disorders, and forgetfulness. Alternatively, boil milk with Śrīkhaṇḍa and filter it, stirring with a spoon. The resulting butter and Śrīkhaṇḍa are also taken with the boiled juice, and the benefits are the same as above. Alternatively, press five hundred and twelve srangs of milk together with sixteen srangs of Śrīkhaṇḍa milk, add butter stirred after the curd has matured, and Tribiza, boil again and drink, the benefits are the same as above. Similarly, one bre of butter, eight times the butter in milk, Sudhira one srang, Durbida six srangs, boil together with the above powder, and take it after leaving a little butter. After that, drink yogurt soup, sweet broth, and milk. Melt the butter and wash it, and drink hot turmeric boiled juice. Then drink yogurt soup and lentil soup in order. If the abdomen becomes rough, give food with the above butter for three days. Like the above order, drink medicinal butter repeatedly.
