The name of this medicine is sesame oil made from Lithospermum erythrorhizon and other medicinal materials. If the disease above the neck is caused by an excess of bile, then the medicinal materials such as Lithospermum erythrorhizon are the same as before, using ghee or butter, decocting as before. The standard for completion of the decoction is different from sesame oil, it is considered complete when it can be formed into a ball. Then filter the medicated oil, squeeze the residue, and put the medicated oil in a good container, and administer it through the nose when treating bile diseases.
