The body temperature drops and weakens, and the excrement flows downwards and becomes dry. Thighs ache, calves ache, dizzy. Forearms ache, eyes swell. Or it is diarrhea caused by fever, or it is dryness that should not come. There is a lot of wind below the navel, and the stomach rumbles. Those winds also mostly flow below the navel, stinging and painful. It feels like the intestines and anus are blocked. The wind flows downwards, and the clear flow also has sound. The intestines rumble, and the stomach is bloated. Bloating and belching, the sound is very loud. There is a lot of urine, and the smell of stool is small. Food is not to one's liking, and vomit is smoky and tastes sour. The head and chest and back sting and ache, and the abdomen is uncomfortable. The complexion becomes ugly, and the body becomes weak. The senses are dull and unclear, and easily angered. If beneficial treatments are pointed out and advised, one will feel displeased. If the doctor is confused about this kind of disease and does not know whether it is diarrhea caused by recurrent fever, or edema, or leprosy, or a tumor, or a disease like ascites, if these various diseases occur and become severe in one day, an anal fistula will occur. After this kind of disease, an anal fistula will occur, because there is a wind in the anus called downward excretion, which flows backwards and spirals upwards, causing the excrement to be blocked and unable to be excreted. Because the excrement is blocked, there are other winds in the abdomen, disturbing the senses and everything inside the body, thereby causing disease. Similarly, if feces, urine, bile, and phlegm are in the abdomen, as well as the seven life essences of the body, these are also disturbed and cause disease, then the stomach fire will also weaken and become smaller, thereby causing anal fistula. Therefore, anal fistula will occur, and the body will become extremely thin. One cannot do anything, and there is no thought of action or work. Weak, bloated, bad complexion. The body is weak, the abdomen is loose, and the complexion is haggard. Just like a tree trunk is infested with insects, all kinds of diseases

如是所说，以其对身体生命之病要害之处产生影响，故对身体造成损害，其他疾病也随之而生：痰多，口渴严重，饮食无味，呼吸不畅，感冒侵袭，腰部酸痛，身体和腿脚如同断裂一般，麻木，身体肿胀，瘟疫侵袭，精液和血液耗尽，耳鸣，视力模糊，精液凝结成石，粪便残渣也凝结成石导致小便不畅。身体衰败，腹内鸣叫，声音嘶哑，时常心烦意乱，吐口水。食欲不振，骨骼关节、心脏、肚脐、肛门内部以及左右腰部刺痛。腹泻时，排出稀薄粘稠如豆浆般的物质，有时小便不畅，有时小便正常。有时大便干燥，有时稀便，有时排出未消化的食物如糌粑，有时排出已消化的食物。发热的颜色也呈灰、黄、蓝等色，并伴有血丝，腹泻物呈圆形或盘旋状。这种情况是肛门痔疮的一般病症。若因风病加重而转为肛门痔疮，则肛门痔疮干燥且体积小，刺痛，发热严重。肛门痔疮呈皱褶状，脉络发黑，略带红色，整体呈紫色。有的坚硬粗糙，大小不一。 顶端细而散开。肛门痔疮大小不一，内部不一致，像卡丹巴花，像葫芦花，像凯里卡。有的像乔松的果实，有的像沙果，有的像木瓜，有的像棉花卡拉巴萨的果实，有的像卡丹巴花的果实。有的肛门痔疮像芥菜籽。出现这种肛门痔疮时，头部、肋部、肩膀、腰部、大腿以及左右腰部等处尤其刺痛。嗳气和麻木增多，向下排泄的粪便不畅，心脏疼痛，食欲不振，痰多，呼吸不畅，胃部温度不平衡，耳朵出现声音并鸣叫，头晕。这些症状侵袭导致疼痛，大便干燥时坚硬，腹泻时则伴有声响。

As described, because it affects the vital points of the body's life force, it harms the body, and other diseases arise from it: excessive phlegm, severe thirst, food tastes bland, difficulty breathing, attacked by colds, lower back pain, the body and legs feel broken, numbness, body swelling, attacked by epidemics, depletion of semen and blood, tinnitus, blurred vision, semen solidifies into stones, and fecal residue also solidifies into stones, leading to urinary retention. The body deteriorates, the abdomen rumbles, the voice becomes hoarse, one is often mentally disturbed, and spits. Loss of appetite, stabbing pain in the bone joints, heart, navel, inside the anus, and left and right kidneys. When diarrhea occurs, thin, viscous substances like bean juice are excreted, sometimes with urinary retention, sometimes with normal urination. Sometimes the stool is dry, sometimes it is loose, sometimes undigested food like tsampa is excreted, and sometimes digested food is excreted. The color of the fever is also gray, yellow, blue, etc., and it is accompanied by blood streaks, with the diarrhea appearing round or swirling. This condition is a general symptom of anal hemorrhoids. If anal hemorrhoids develop due to an aggravation of wind disease, the anal hemorrhoids are dry and small, with stabbing pain and severe fever. The anal hemorrhoids are wrinkled, with black veins, slightly red, and overall purple. Some are hard and rough, and vary in size. The tip is thin and scattered. Anal hemorrhoids vary in size and have inconsistent interiors, resembling Kadamba flowers, gourd flowers, or Kerika. Some resemble the fruit of the Chinese juniper, some resemble crabapples, some resemble papayas, some resemble the fruit of cotton karabasa, and some resemble the fruit of Kadamba flowers. Some anal hemorrhoids resemble mustard seeds. When such anal hemorrhoids appear, there is particularly stabbing pain in the head, ribs, shoulders, waist, thighs, and left and right kidneys. Belching and numbness increase, downward excretion of feces is obstructed, the heart hurts, appetite is lost, there is excessive phlegm, breathing is difficult, the stomach temperature is unbalanced, the ears make sounds and ring, and there is dizziness. These symptoms attack and cause pain, and when the stool is dry, it is hard, and when diarrhea occurs, it is accompanied by sounds.
