Hemorrhoids occur at the very end of the anal wrinkles; hemorrhoids caused by any one disease such as wind or bile; and new hemorrhoids that have just appeared in the anus; hemorrhoids caused by the penis; hemorrhoids that occur on the navel; and nodules like horsehair that appear in the ears or nose, which are round and smooth. This is because there is a kind of wind called pervasive wind, which is located in the heart, which causes mucus diseases and forms nodules like papules on the surface of the skin. Skin that becomes hard and rough is called papules, and rheumatic diseases will sting the skin and make it rough. If caused by bile, it is black and has red lines. If caused by mucus, it is smooth, and the color of the papules is not unsightly either. Therefore, if hemorrhoid disease is not treated in time, the feces excreted downwards will contaminate the anus.
