部分多，脂肪少所致能忍受，那些病症多数是，因糖尿病所致。这些没有浆液时，由有害脂肪所致，如若事物不显现，那时不会知晓。颜色绿色或红色的尿，没有浆液先兆时，尿液产生非浆液，那是血胆汁之意。身体沉重肢体麻木，贪恋床榻睡眠之安乐，不爱清洁心眼耳口舌，身体肥胖毛发指甲不长，喜凉怕热口干舌燥，口内味甜脚心手心热，何处小便蚂蚁聚集，尿病浆液之征兆乃后发之相。浆液如蜂蜜色泽般粘稠，如蜂蜜味道般可辨别为二种。身体壮实痰湿体质之浆液，或因诸病耗尽，是风的属性。具有先兆的痰胆浆液，任何一种逐渐转为风病浆液。胆汁所致难以治疗，如果脂肪病小则易治。八支精华汇集，疾病处所之第十章。之后讲述腹内肿瘤、肠梗阻和肿瘤的病症。饮食过饱极热的食物，粗糙干燥和热性的食物吃多了，睡眠行为不适，导致血液疾病，因此，皮肤肌肉脂肪骨骼，血液和水大小便，外部和内部肿胀，根大病情重。圆形或椭圆形所处，腹内肿瘤有六种，病症各异聚集，由血液和脓液所生。此处外部肢体上，极痛如结节般隆起，内部极其难忍，深层如肿瘤般坚硬。如蚁穴般隆起，如火和武器般快速致命。脐、水沟、肝、脾，肺和心脏、胃、大腿、脉络，双肾或肛门也生。对此风病病情重，红黑色长久之后，产生和成熟形状不匀称，适中头晕呕吐，摇动转移伴随声响。胆汁所致如铜般红脉络黑，口渴和热
