When bile is strong, and food is spicy, hot, etc., increases and wind enters, when the area near the bladder is hot, urine will turn yellow, or contain blood, or even bleed directly, with frequent hot and stinging sensations, which is called hot wind. The body is rough and numb, and bile wind stays in the bladder, reducing urine, accompanied by fever and pain, it is also said that way. If both phlegm and bile are moved by wind, then the urine will be yellow, red, white, and thick. This is called thrush with fever, or the color of conch powder, or dry and with all colors, which is called urine depletion disease. After extensively describing the symptoms caused by urinary retention in this way, next, the characteristics of diseases caused by urinary incontinence will be described. From the "Essence of Eight Branches," the ninth chapter on the location of diseases. Then, a detailed description of diabetes or polyuria will be given. There are twenty types of diabetes, of which ten are caused by phlegm, six by bile, and four by wind. These all produce fatty urine and phlegm. Most are caused by dietary habits. Sweet, sour, salty, heavy, greasy, cold, grain oil, wine and wet meat, whey, brown sugar, brown sugar tree, same residence, same bed.
