自身自身，由因缘扰动而生起，进入未消化的状态，一同存在而堵塞脉门。从消化的位置将火的热量，向外散发。与其一同显现遍布，使全身发热。肢体非常发热，由此产生瘟疫。脉门堵塞，因此其下，尘垢不会大量产生。其先兆是腰部虚弱，精神不佳且身体沉重，感觉不到味道且食欲不振，嗳气、眼睛昏花伴随眼泪，肢体疼痛且体力小，虚弱嗜睡，想伸懒腰、打哈欠，小腿肚子疼痛、身体不适，对有益的指示无法忍受而发怒，贪恋酸、辣、热，不喜欢甜食，厌恶小孩、口渴严重，对声音、火、寒冷、大风、风和水，阴影、白天黑夜无缘无故地，产生喜欢和不喜欢。之后瘟疫会明显出现。染上瘟疫濒临发病时，病情轻微且症状不均衡，在那个和那个肢体上转移，在疼痛和舒适之间摇摆不定。脚僵硬麻木，小腿和心脏疼痛且疲劳，关节感觉像沙子一样。大腿和腰部疼痛，背部感觉像被打了一样，腹部感觉像被挤压一样，骨头感觉像被切断一样，肋骨特别疼痛，心脏感觉像被挤压一样刺痛，胸口像被刺入一样疼痛。肩膀感觉像被打了一样，手臂感觉像被砍断了一样，当张嘴时，脸颊无法咀嚼食物。嗳气、耳朵伴随声音，脸颊疼痛且头痛，舌头感觉不到味道吗？或者嘴里发苦。气味变得恶臭，皮肤、眼睛、嘴巴和指甲，粪便等粗糙且发红，口水多、食欲不振、欲望小，食物不消化且尘垢不产生，嗜睡、嘴唇和喉咙干燥，口渴严重且痰液干燥，吐痰且呕吐干燥，意志消沉、身体的汗毛竖立，皮肤牙齿发热，腿脚颤抖且麻木停止，头晕、说话含糊不清，喜欢温暖、打哈欠。要知道这是风的瘟疫。全身一下子遍布，神志不清且嘴里发苦，喜欢凉爽。

The self itself, arising from the disturbance of causes, enters a state of non-digestion, coexisting and blocking the pulse gates. From the location of digestion, the heat of the fire is emitted outwards. Together with it, it manifests and pervades, causing the whole body to heat up. The limbs become extremely hot, and from this, plague arises. Because the pulse gates are blocked, the dust below does not accumulate much. Its precursors are weakness in the waist, unpleasantness of spirit and heaviness of body, inability to taste and loss of appetite, belching, blurred vision with tears, pain in the limbs and small physical strength, weakness and excessive sleep, wanting to stretch and yawn, pain in the calves, physical discomfort, intolerance of beneficial instructions and anger, craving for sour, spicy, and hot, dislike of sweets, aversion to children, and excessive thirst. Towards sound, fire, cold, wind, wind and water, shadows, day and night, for no reason, arise liking and disliking. Afterwards, the plague will clearly appear. When one is infected with the plague and nearing illness, the condition is mild and the symptoms are uneven, shifting between that and that limb, wavering between pain and comfort. The feet are stiff and numb, the calves and heart ache and are fatigued, the joints feel like sand. The thighs and waist ache, the back feels like it has been beaten, the abdomen feels like it has been squeezed, the bones feel like they have been cut, the ribs are especially painful, the heart feels like it has been squeezed and stings, the chest feels like it has been stabbed. The shoulders feel like they have been beaten, the arms feel like they have been chopped, and when opening the mouth, the cheeks cannot chew food. Belching, the ears are accompanied by sound, the cheeks ache and the head hurts, does the tongue not taste? Or the mouth becomes bitter. Smells become foul, the skin, eyes, mouth and nails, feces, etc. are rough and red, there is much saliva, loss of appetite, little desire, food is not digested and dust does not arise, sleepiness, the lips and throat are dry, thirst is severe and phlegm is dry, spitting and vomiting are dry, the mind is depressed, the body's hair stands on end, the skin and teeth are hot, the legs and feet tremble and numbness stops, dizziness, speech is slurred, liking warmth, yawning. Know that this is wind plague. The whole body is suddenly pervaded, unconscious and the mouth is bitter, liking coolness.

Now, sores appear on the nose and mouth. Dizziness, fainting, confusion, and unhappiness in the heart occur. Stools are loose, bile and phlegm surge, spitting blood, belching, and vomiting. Red sores appear, the skin turns yellow, and veins turn blue. Fever arises, the breath smells foul, and there is intense thirst, indicating bile fever. In particular, there is loss of appetite and confusion. Pores are blocked, and the fever progresses slowly. There is excessive saliva, and the mouth tastes sweet. The body feels heavy, and breathing is difficult. Catching a cold, heart pain, and vomiting occur. There is much phlegm, the body is stiff, and the skin turns blue. Cold sores appear on the limbs, drowsiness occurs, and the body trembles, indicating phlegm fever. In their respective seasons, all symptoms appear and worsen. By addressing the conflicting factors mentioned in the causes of illness, transformation can bring improvement. When various symptoms mix, it indicates a mixed fever. Furthermore, fainting, weakness, body heat, confusion, mental disturbance, dry throat, dry mouth, discomfort, joint pain, drowsiness, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, rashes, and intense thirst, incoherent speech, and excessive talking indicate a mixed wind and bile fever. Without fever, there is loss of appetite and pain in the brain. Catching a cold, phlegm, difficulty breathing, constipation, cold abdomen, confusion, mental disturbance, blurred vision, dizziness, and delirium indicate symptoms of a mixed phlegm and wind fever. The body feels feverish and stiff, with alternating hot and cold sensations. Thirst, phlegm, and symptoms of phlegm and bile arise. Confusion, mental disturbance, delirium, bad taste in the mouth, and bad breath indicate symptoms of a mixed phlegm and bile fever. All symptoms appear simultaneously, indicating the presence of all symptoms. Here too, the body feels hot. Similarly, the body feels cold, there is excessive sleep during the day and insomnia at night, or constant sleepiness, or restlessness. There is severe fever or no fever. Liking singing, dancing, laughing, and engaging in bad behavior, red eyes with tears, depression, and disordered eyelashes appear. Pain in the chest, heart, ribs, head and joint pain, and dizziness occur. There are sounds and illnesses in the ears, and the throat feels filled with bran. The tongue feels rough and burnt. The body feels heavy, and the joints feel like they are separating. Blood, bile, and phlegm appear in the saliva. The head shakes, and there is intense thirst. Sores and smallpox appear, with red and black around them. Heart pain, difficulty with urination and defecation, or little or much urination and defecation occur. The mouth feels greasy, and mental and physical strength decreases. The body becomes emaciated, a wandering spirit appears, and the illness worsens.
