Those skilled in this, combine ghee with purgatives. Twenty ounces of medicine, eight parts of calamus are boiled together. One-fourth of the boiled substance, medicinal oil follows the wind. Bile should be stable at six parts, and for those with excessive phlegm, one-eighth. Or for all medicines, one-eighth or in any case, the purgative should not become thick again. Brown sugar is about one ounce. Logically, honey, salt, etc., all the remaining are put into one container. Boil water in a bottle, heat with steam, and stir with a ladle. Pour into the bladder, and when giving the final enema, it should not be too hot or too cold. Not too oily, nor too rough. Not too sharp, nor too gentle. Not too thick, nor too thin. Not too much or too little, without limit. Too hot and too sour are the same. Another expert says, Oil and honey separately, after making three ounces each, Salt is two ounces, and for the healthy, enema medicine is two ounces. The juice medicine is all the remaining, a total of ten ounces completely mixed. Honey, salt, oils, etc., the order of medicinal powder and juice is, put into the purgative bladder, this is said to be the ritual of preparation. After placing the bladder, give the enema immediately, support the enema with a pillow. Do not let the mind wander elsewhere, and squat down to excrete. When it comes, close tightly for a moment, otherwise it will be fatal. For this, the method of treatment is oil, ash medicine, cow urine, and sour juice mixed. Quickly, the oil should be sharp and warm, give many enemas, give others. Or take medicinal pills, and perform fumigation, etc. When one is about to come, give the second purgative, between three and four times, give until it is well. From this, it is known that the preparation is the same as washing medicine, if the preparation is good, wash with gentle warm water, and give a little meat broth and rice. The strong purgative forcefully removes the dirt of diseases, that is produced by washing with warm water and eating properly. If afflicted by wind, give gentle oil again immediately. This should be known as good or bad, like drinking oil. If the time is a little longer, obstacles occur with the stool.

Transformation, downwards breath and oil combine, a good gentle medicine arises. For phlegm disease, give one or three purgatives. For bile disease, give five or seven. For wind disease, give nine or eleven. Again, for those that are not paired, it is to be done after purgatives. For phlegm, bile, and wind diseases, give broth, milk, and meat juice respectively as food. The medicine that eliminates wind should be well boiled, and added with rhododendron and sea salt. Mix oil, sweetness, sourness, and warm meat juice, one purgative is beneficial for wind. Boil nyagrodha and other ingredients, add white sugar and pine etc. Sweet and cool brown sugar, tree sap, and ghee, as well as milk and honey, eliminate bile. Boil donga and other ingredients, and add poison hemlock etc. Three. Rough ingredients mixed with honey and urine, pungent, warm, and bitter ingredients eliminate phlegm. For the combination of three diseases, eliminate them in order as appropriate. These three ingredients are different from other ingredients, and should not be called purgative nourishment. Because there is no need to give the four faults again. Through the order of moving the disease, purifying, and pacifying it, it is said that these three purgatives should be examined. Others say so. According to the strength of the disease and medicine, all these should be measured by measurement. Do not interrupt the treatment until the good signs of the purgative are seen. First give one oil, and finally give five. Twelve strong purgatives, including gentle medicine, are called the action of thirty purgatives. In the time of fifteen days, one is the initial oil, and three are the final oil. It is said that the fifth is fumigation and purgative. This combination of purgatives is eight, namely niruha and three oils, and both the initial and final. Do not excessively rely on gentle medicine or strong purgatives alone. Gentle medicine provokes disease and suppresses body heat. Niruha generates wind and causes fear. Therefore, give strong purgatives after oil. After giving strong purgatives, use gentle medicine. In this way, purify by gradually using oil. The action of purgatives is to eliminate the three faults. The amount of a small amount of oil, and the amount equal to it, is called the amount of gentle medicine. This applies to children, the elderly, travelers, and those carrying loads, as well as women who are weakened by overwork, smoking, and wind disease, and have insufficient body heat. For kings and the wealthy, it is comfortable, so it should be used regularly. Eliminates disease, without side effects
