结节。无病芒果之状，由孩童生于面颊旁，此二者所生，向东而生坚实，如麦粒，名为麦粒。痘如米粒，圆形无尖，脓少而常高，是为米粒痘。生五或六个淋巴结，如龟背般高起，是为龟背。于耳上或任何处，生小而坚硬难看之痘，从乌 উৎপল（藏文，梵文天城体，utpala，汉语：乌 উৎপল）根生出，肿胀且稍有疼痛。于脸颊交界处，由二者所生，是为石块肿块。似红棉之刺，具病之小而坚厚之痘，内有脂肪，于青春期，如是发生则不妙。由黏液转为风，如莲花之刺般遍布，白色且无病者，名为莲花刺。由胆汁所生之圆痘，似熟透之乌昙跋罗果，多热且易传染，破裂则开口。于身体内部及脸上，热且生病及传染，如小扁豆大小且具其色，小而坚厚之痘，较之更甚之痘，病情严重，令人痛苦，是为痘。由风胆所生之痘内，如莲花之花蕊般，小痘所穿透，彼等自身生长成肿块。圆形且大而高，色红且遍布小痘，多由风所生，于腋窝处，近处所生为腋窝痘。由胆汁所生之小痘，细小而坚厚如稻芽，如是之大者若生出，则名为臭气。因热气之尘埃灼烧身体，具病之坚厚小痘，形状、断裂、颜色、生长皆同，此名为颈生。胆汁过盛之病，如火苗般缓慢蔓延，肿胀油腻且薄而红，渐生网状肿块。胆汁过盛之痘，渐生而损害肌肉，生于腋窝附近，色如火焰，相似者是为火生。五日或七日内，半月之内便夺命，生三种病疔之圆痘，直至肚脐皆为其生长之处。腋窝水肿，如毗陀罗（藏文，梵文天城体，vidari，汉语：毗陀罗）之根般坚硬，是为毗陀罗。由脂肪与黏液风所生之，

腺体脉络位于肌肉中， 刺破则如酥油蜂蜜般， 若有渗出多半是风病， 肌肉干枯形成腺体后， 会如金屑般生长出来。 血液腥臭且已凝固， 颜色各异而生疾病， 因此导致血液渗出者， 那是具有斜纹的痘疹。 手足掌心与关节处， 乃至膝盖以上如蚂蚁， 头部般逐渐地腺体， 由众多细小者所遍布， 疼痛发热瘙痒且糜烂， 四处生长如同蚁穴头。 足底被刀割伤或， 被荆棘等物所刺伤， 痘疹如糖块般隆起， 生长出来称为赘疣病。 因抑制精液而致风， 停留在肛门和足部， 在外在内四处游走， 阐述其运行的途径， 是难以产生的疾病， 称之为肛门闭塞之病。 风和胆汁导致指甲， 内部的肉成熟内生， 未受损的疾病和饱胀， 以及邻近的指甲之病。 因损伤而充满且粗糙， 坚硬者称为恶甲之病。 污泥因接触有害物， 内部瘙痒且带脓液， 称为指端生疮之病。 皮肤如芝麻般黝黑， 无病而生者是黑痣， 那自身隆起者为瘊子， 比瘊子还要大很多， 是黑白皮肤的瘊子病。 如彼般的痘疹生长者， 是红色蔷薇果宝石病， 或白或黑一同而生者， 圆形或称为痣的病症。 忧伤愤怒以及风胆等， 紊乱导致面色变薄且， 具有黑痣面容憔悴者， 面部以外所生为面疮。 风病所致面容显粗糙， 若诊察则粗糙且黝黑， 胆病所致边缘略带青， 黏液所致边缘白且痒， 血液所致边缘呈铜色， 干燥且发热刺痛难忍。 风病引发黏液病变后， 行至皮肤使其干燥后， 因此导致皮肤变灰白， 逐渐地变得没有知觉， 瘙痒轻微且无有糜烂， 僵硬之物即为无知觉。 催吐药过失和未消化， 以及黏液胆汁滞留身， 引发剧痒圆形且圆滚， 红色大量地产生出来， 具有连带关系说圆形。

Filled and rough from damage, and, Hard, it is called bad nail disease. Mud is from touching harmful things, Itchy inside and with pus, It is called finger-end sore disease. Skin like sesame seeds, black, If it occurs without disease, it is a mole. That itself is a raised wart. It becomes much larger than a wart, It is a black and white skin wart disease. Such pimples that grow, Are red rosehip gemstones. Born together, white or black, Round or called mole disease. Sorrow, anger, and wind, bile, etc., Disturbed, the face becomes thin, and, With black spots, a haggard face, What arises other than the face is called facial spots. Wind causes a rough face, If examined, it is rough and black. Bile causes the edge to be slightly blue. Phlegm causes the edge to be white and itchy. Blood causes the edge to be copper-colored.
