若此为夺命者，则说为取命。此血与食物，施与犬或乌鸦。若食之，则说为“命”。若不食，则说为胆。又或以白布浸之，晒干后以温水洗涤。若洗涤亦不净，则为胆，净则为血。若受渴、昏厥、醉酒所困，为迅速保护其命，则清除血与胆。疗养直至痊愈。山羊、牛、水牛等，刚取出鲜血，则喂以能增益命者。以此能迅速转为命。彼与青稞及喜悦之，血则施以柔滑之膏。杜若、糖巴拉、木香，杜尔瓦、布协则欧玛，熬煮之酥油精华，与糖蜜等，施以清凉之柔滑膏。或总的施以极凉之柔滑膏，或酥油精华之柔滑膏。若从肛门出，则以药汁，断泻后灌入。若失忆，则令听闻理智之语，笛声歌声。从《八支精要》之精髓汇集，仪轨成就之地的第三品。之后，当说药师所施之仪轨。白及树皮、羊鼻、三种果，五种根及二种，皆为一两之量。婆娑八份，羊肉五十两。于水中熬煮，至四分之一剩余。滤出之物，与萝卜及婆娑。毗梨勒、阿柔、沙塔布什巴，豆蔻、草果、荜茇等之，药膏、蔗糖、蜂蜜、酥油及，芝麻油、岩盐等所具足。以温暖柔和如仪轨般施用，为最佳之泻药，能摧毁一切疾病。于无病者有益，能长寿、增进经验。于上述之柔滑膏中，若未提及药膏，则于彼一切皆可灌入此物。粗糙十物之汁液与酸味，及羊肉等与前者混合，具足三种大油之泻药为最佳，说是能彻底摧毁风病。巴拉、巴托拉、五种小根，鸡舌香及埃兰达与青稞，熬煮之汁液一捧，羊肉之汁液，加入其一半熬煮，至剩一捧。与毕哩扬古、草果、荜茇，制成药膏，并与芝麻油、炼制之酥油，蜂蜜、岩盐等所具足之。

Or generally apply a very cool smooth ointment, or a ghee essence smooth ointment. If it comes out of the anus, then with medicinal juice, stop diarrhea and instill it. In the above smooth ointment, if medicinal paste is not mentioned, then all of this can be instilled there. The juice of ten rough things and sour taste, and mutton, etc. mixed with the former, the purgative with three great oils is the best, it is said to completely destroy wind diseases. Bala, Patola, five small roots, chicken tongue and Eranda and barley, one handful of boiled juice, mutton juice, add half of it and boil, until one handful remains.
