昏翳白翳之病及，眼黄之病亦能除。五根小者之水液，葡萄余甘子之汁液，饮食之中若调合，白翳眼黄病消除。如是白翳之病者，共同之药已宣说。智者当依病各别，力能及之亦当合。若为隆病多行油，胆病苦寒当施用，培根所生粗热暖，集合调和引泻药。土性增盛泻法者，当以利药从身除。 此后净胃增力故，于彼施与炼制酥。三辛以及毗罗果，二黄以及三种果，巴斯布二者草豆蔻，铁粉巴塔毕雅嘎，汤木布热室即嘎拉及，嘎布拉之根牛乳酥，煎熬饮用土油病，所生诸病皆消除。如是那伽藏红花及，甜木古夏长胡椒，牛乳煎熬灌服有益。若于彼生渴求者，毕雅嘎及巴塔与，楝树煎熬之汁液，或与木耳调合土，为断渴求施与彼。土油差别各异病，随顺之后施与药。眼黄之病施除胆，白翳无损之药施。 诃梨勒百数之汁，诃梨勒丸五十之半，酥油一捧于中煎，肿瘤眼黄白翳除。栋嘎布尔木之汁或，毗达惹及余甘子之，汁液三辛和合者，一两灌服眼黄除。达那达布朗二倍之，雷古水一两调合灌，郁金粉末和蜂蜜，三种果之汁液灌。三种果或希拉杰萨，或刺果或楝树之汁，调和蜂蜜内服者，眼黄所侵之时灌。刺果棉布余甘子，为除眼黄之眼药。眼黄病者何人尿，若如麻滓出现者，培根阻塞其道者，当以除培根胆病疗。 粗冷重与甜味及，剧烈隆为阻塞故，隆与培根成一体，胆病外泄彼时者，眼及皮肤发黄者，后转为白者及，粪尿

For bile, administer bitter and cooling substances. If it is caused by phlegm, use rough, hot, and warm substances. For a combination, mix in purgatives. For earth disorders, purgation is to eliminate from the body with sharp substances. After that, to cleanse the stomach and increase strength, give clarified butter. Three pungents and bael fruit, two yellows and three fruits, two kinds of asparagus, cardamom, iron powder, valerian, tang wood, bṛścika-li, and the root of ga-bra boiled in milk and butter, if drunk, eliminates all diseases caused by earth-oil. Similarly, nāga-kesara, sweet wood, kuśa, and pippali boiled in milk are beneficial if administered. If thirst arises, the juice of byi, ga, and pata, or nimba boiled, or earth-oil mixed with murva, should be given to quench thirst. Earth-oil is a specific remedy for different diseases, administer medicine according to what is appropriate. For yellow eye disease, administer bile-reducing medicine, administer medicine that does not harm cataracts. In a hundred parts of arura juice, half of fifty arura pills, boil one bre of butter in it, it eliminates tumors, yellow eyes, and cataracts. The juice of donga bur wood, or the juice of vidari and amla, with three pungents, administering one srang eliminates yellow eyes. Administer one srang of le-gu water mixed with twice the amount of danada buram. Administer the juice of three fruits mixed with turmeric powder and honey. Symptoms such as hiccups, vomiting, and loss of appetite appear, and fever gradually develops. For this condition, peacock or poultry broth, or radish, can be given. Broth from land animals or soybean soup can also be given, with coarse and sour seasonings added. Extremely hot, sour, spicy, and very warm salt are recommended. Pills made from a mixture of three spicy substances such as karavala can also be given. This allows the bile to return to its original position and the stool color to return to normal. For intestinal disorders accompanied by spirit possession, it can also calm the wind well. After calming spirit possession with this method, a ritual to treat jaundice can be performed. For severe cases of plague, haritaki and cow urine can be taken for purification. Decoctions of three fruits, namely haritaki, bibhitaki, and amla, as well as siler divaricata, iron powder, and three spicy substances, can also be taken. Alternatively, myrrh can be taken in the same way, or mixed with shilajit. For low and immature fire temperature, if there is heaviness, viscosity, obstruction, or diarrhea, three spicy substances and Acorus calamus root, as well as honey, can be taken.
