It is said that the places are shaken by the power. Just as the power of a magnet shakes iron, the power of discrimination urges the wind called Bayata, which resides in the body, thereby shaking the places where sound arises. If asked, how does discrimination move the wind? Just as there is no place, like wind arising from flapping wings in the sky, when discrimination urges movement, the wind called Pāyata will move violently in the body. It is said that, for example, when a bird flies in the sky, wind arises merely by flapping its wings, similarly, when the mind that makes names and name-bearers related to each other move, the wind called Pāyata, which causes the wind that pervades the entire body to move, will rise and move. If asked, what will happen when that wind moves? It will cause all the actors to move, and when the actors move, they will meet the places. To illustrate this, it is said that through the movement of the moving wind, all the actors are moved, and in narrow and wide places, there will be encounters and slight encounters. Among them, the narrow ones are the throat, nose, and cranial cavity. The rest are wide. The tongue joining with the palate, the tongue joining with the teeth, and the two lips joining are encounters. The rest are slight encounters, which will be explained below. At that time, to explain the cause of simultaneous occurrence, it is said that at that time, it occurs simultaneously with the wind called niḥśvāsa-svā, like this, when the place and the actor meet, the wind called niḥśvāsa-svā is the breath, which arises after mixing with the collection of sounds, this is the cause of simultaneous occurrence. To explain the cause of universal existence, it is said that just as form depends on the four elements, just as sound depends on vowels. For example, just as all forms are produced by the four great elements, all collections of letters are pervaded by sixteen vowel letters and eighteen consonant letters. Therefore, what is called sound depends on vowels and consonants, thereby producing letters, names, and collections of words, this is the cause of universal existence.

尼ḥśvāsa(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)是共同生起之因。

Yes. In order to show the cause of equality, it is said, "From the appearance of one's own conceptualization, equal parts arise like reflections." At that time, the part of the conceptualization that appears to its object, the name and the named appear to be related. Thus, the object of the pillar is named pillar, and at the time of expression, because of attachment, the person later enters into the meaning, so the letters that match one's own appearance arise. For example, how the circle of the face arises like a reflection. This is the cause of equality. Now, in order to easily understand the causes of those verbal fabrications, wanting to summarize and show them, it is said, "Places and agents, conceptualization and the two winds, the sixteen vowels and eighteen consonants, generate all verbal fabrications." The places where sound arises, such as the throat, are the basic cause. The agents of contact, etc., are the cause of production. Conceptualization is the cause of motivation. Among the two winds called Vāyata (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,meaning: Vāyata) and Niḥśvāsa (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,meaning: Niḥśvāsa), the agent of Vāyata (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,meaning: Vāyata) is the cause of making it move. Niḥśvāsa (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,meaning: Niḥśvāsa) is the cause of simultaneous arising. The sixteen vowels and eighteen consonants are the cause of all-pervading. The apprehended part of self-appearance is the cause of equality. Those causes generate the collection of sounds, that is the meaning. Thus, after showing that those causes generate, the names of the qualities of the causes are not shown, so in order to show their individual nature, it is said, "Arising from the seven causes, the places are the basic cause," up to the cause of equality. Among them, the places called the basic cause, such as the inside of a bell, the place of the difference of sounds is the basic cause, so it is called the basic cause. The agent called the cause of production is like the tongue of a bell, urging and producing, so it is called the cause of production, the cause of the agent. Likewise, conceptualization is the cause of motivation. It is said "likewise" because it is similar to motivation, a little.
