What is being said? Because with "only knowing oneself" etc., with the reasoning of uninterruptedly cutting off, it is for the meaning of extreme clarity. Although it transforms in this way, will it necessarily transform even without conjunctions? The answer is that it is not said like that, and so on. Therefore, it is said to be mind-born, meaning that because it is born from the senses in this way, it is not a conjunction. Approximating without difference, that is, the nature of the distinguishing expresser, and the realization of the distinguishing expressible. Saying "also" from the expresser and the expressible etc., is for the meaning of example. Whatever knowledge approximates without difference is of the mind, like the realization that approximates the expresser and the expressible without difference. For example, the knowledge of "this is only a cow" etc. is also like that. Nature. Why? This is asking about the impossibility of pervasion. With "knowing oneself" etc., the reason has been stated. This too, has already been explained in "the dharma of multiple entities." With the uncommon, the uncommon is because it is not approximated in some place, it has already been explained. Therefore, this is not something to be named, it is only its own nature, and it is the object of the senses, it is not the general characteristic of what is to be named. Therefore, it cannot approximate without difference, it has been clarified. Whatever is not the object of something, it cannot approximate without difference, for example, eye consciousness to sound. The general characteristics of cows etc. are also not the object of the senses. Contradicts pervasion. Therefore, this is only of the mind. If again, this is doubting non-establishment. All aspects, meaning, with aspects such as the knowable too. What fault is said to be there? All aspects, etc., that is, "each consciousness of all meanings, if it abides," that is, when engaging in understanding the meaning of all aspects, "does not transform into direct perception wisdom," meaning, it does not transform into the object of expression of direct perception. Why is this? The answer is:

The sound of "direct perception" and so on, because according to the intention of the commentator, the three sounds of direct perception apply only to valid cognition, that is, "real." "Encounter" refers to "already measured by direct perception," just as after measuring with a bushel, one approaches the bushel. "For knowledge" refers to the result. The statement "applying separately to the sense faculties" indicates that due to similarity, it is similar to valid cognition, and therefore it can be considered direct perception, just as a Brahmin's child is called a lion. If it says "if also" and so on, then "the consciousness of all aspects of meaning, exists" explains this. "That" and so on refers to "non-direct perception intellect transforms." "Dependence on the sense faculties" means that general wisdom also exists in the past and so on, and therefore also exists in the blind and so on. "Participating in approaching without difference" means that the intellect that approaches without difference is also only of this kind of form. "Or, through non-existence, one also approaches without difference," just as "this is the famous person of the nature of the chief." This form is also not referring to the knowledge born from the encounter of the sense faculties and so on, even if it has been proven that "the general is not the object of the intellect of the sense faculties" is also finished. "Not becoming dependent on the sense faculties" means that it should be understood as literally, the meaning expressed by the sound of direct perception. Therefore, by understanding the non-truth expressed by the sound of direct perception, this occasion is accomplished. This should be understood without a doubt as such, otherwise, "not relying on the sense faculties" and "the independence of the sense faculties" will be contradictory. Therefore, it will be explained in this way: when knowledge arises, because it is similar to direct perception and becomes the independence of the sense faculties, it is therefore considered direct perception, or, this is the reason for the entry of the hearing of direct perception, because without it, it will not enter. Whatever is the hearing with a cause, if the cause does not exist, it will not enter, for example, for a person without a stick, like the hearing of a person with a stick. For the knowledge as mentioned above, also
