If each performs the same action, then both will become the door and the one with the door, because that's what others would say. Like "There is no such fault," etc., is to prove this. This negation of "is not" is not merely preventing simultaneous clinging, but preventing those simultaneous clinging actions that have certainty, this is to show a memory clinging that is stronger than consciousness. Not only simultaneously, but also later the clinging of memory is stronger than consciousness. Like "The simultaneous one is only for the established one," etc., it was said. It is not reasonable to ask about simultaneous clinging actions that lack certainty, because this was already known before. Therefore, one should understand the introduction of questions like "Is it only done simultaneously, or only done separately," rather than "Is it done simultaneously, or not simultaneously." "This simultaneous one is asking about clinging only to the established one," where does this come from? It was said, "At the present time," etc., in the treatise, the ears, etc., each act on their own objects, and act in the present time, after arguing in this way, it is said. Similarly, consciousness can fully act on all things in the three times, for external objects, in the present time, when consciousness is combined with a certain sense faculty, then it will act in combination with the sense faculty and the condition. Like "Only the past and the future," etc., was said before, and then this question was asked. Here, from the phrase "when combined with a certain sense faculty," simultaneous clinging has already been established before, therefore the question is asked starting from the simultaneous clinging action with certainty. The answer is also, when recognizing the sense faculties that do the same thing, there is no ability, it should be understood that this is only a refutation, therefore the treatise is not damaged. If this is contradictory, how is it done? From "No matter how the clinging of the sense faculties," etc., it has been argued that mutual action is the correct understanding. Undoubtedly, also in this way separately.
