That which is called "is" is the "lineage." It also follows all the distinctions of sound, and also prevents touch and so on. Only it can be taken by the root consciousness of the ear. Therefore, if it is said that there is not the slightest fault, then, therefore, it is said, "different from the three qualities," and so on. How can it be said that there is none? The lineage with the nature of form is existent. Even if the three qualities are not different, only the stages of the three qualities are slightly different, but the lineages of sound and so on are different. It has also been said: "Sound, touch, form, taste, and smell, these five, are the distinctions of the definite arrangement of the three, happiness, suffering, and ignorance." Therefore, happiness and so on, which have completely become the state of sound, are those that are correctly arranged by the difference of form. Those that are correctly arranged by other forms are touch and so on. Therefore, it shows that the root consciousness must be taken, and the root consciousness is not infinite, because there are only five forms. Form is taken by two. If form is not real, then why is it taken by two? This fault does not exist, this is the opponent's thought. The opponent thinks that following the consciousness of the colored root consciousness, and the form of the consciousness that follows it, by focusing on the consciousness, because it is difficult to determine the extremely subtle time difference of these consciousnesses, so this is only the eye consciousness and the body consciousness, that is, holding long and other forms. Therefore, just as they think, they say so. They think like this: form can become a thing, but through the two, the object to be taken can be seen, therefore, it is contradictory to determine to enter one's own realm. Sound and so on also said, admitting the fault. If there are many, there is a fault, and vice versa. Whatever is not the dharma of something, is not the nature of something. For example, sentient beings are not the dharma of the subject, so it is not its nature. Sound and so on are also not the dharma of form.

There is no pervasive knowing. Regarding shape: Saying "the three are not objects of experience" is because there is nothing to be proven, so there is no reason. Saying "what is made by shape also" and so on, means: the kinds of sounds such as the lute, drum, panava, etc., because they exist without exceeding the kind of sound, they will become the same object. That is to say, it is not that seeing and desiring shapes such as long and short in the same object is contradictory to the promise. Saying "for those with the same shape also" and so on, means: because it is expected that different kinds are produced by different shapes. For those with the same shape, such as pots made of gold and other substances, because it is the nature of shape, the shapes of different kinds are also the same for them. The kinds of gold and so on, and their causes, and sounds and so on, and their causes, such as mental strength, will also become one. If so, is it reasonable for only those with the same shape, such as matra, to become one? How is it for gold and so on? Because there is no difference from them. They are also those with the same shape, so this should not be argued. Saying "not entering one's own object" is because when the eye grasps a vase etc., it also grasps sounds etc. Also, it can be explained by refutation and reversal: if something is not different from something, then this different thing is not its nature. For example, if consciousness is not different, then mental strength etc., which are like differences, are not its nature. Gold etc., even if there is no difference in shape, are different, which explains the contradiction of pervasion. Saying "grasping only the kind" means grasping only the shape. The word "only" is to distinguish grasping happiness etc. Saying "happiness etc. distinguished by kind" means grasping happiness etc. distinguished by shape. This means not grasping the nature, that is, not grasping the nature of happiness etc. of sounds etc. Even if it changes like that, the nature of things is not different from shape, so when approaching the target, it will also approach
