Oh, it's too much to say, that's enough. It is also said that "the objects are different" because they are the masters of the realm of valid cognition and the mind, and because they are the meaning of the realm of the fruit. If it is said that consciousness also belongs to me, is it not only its object? This is not the case, because what is to be known by consciousness is manifested as an object, not as a cause of belonging. Otherwise, all consciousness would become the same object. If the encounter between me and mind is not the object, then what else besides the cause of its belonging would become the object? So this is not an answer. If there is any fault in the objects being different, it is said that there is none, etc. It is also said, etc., that the harm is caused by the promise. What is said in the treatise is the manifestation of looking at the general and the particular, which is the treatment of things, qualities, and actions. Looking at things, qualities, and actions is also the treatment of things, etc. Here, the general is mentioned, so it should be understood that there is a great general. The particular is mentioned, so things, etc., are the remaining generals. The general and the particular are also said in relation to each other. Therefore, these generals can be expressed in other words. Existence itself is general, not particular. The remaining ones also become general and particular in relation to each other. Among them, looking at the general, existence in things is "thing"; looking at the particular, things are "earth", "pot", etc. Looking at things, qualities, and actions is "one with a stick", "white", "walking", etc. Why not combine them? The answer is: because, etc. Because of holding only one's own meaning. This sentence "because the object is the one who looks at the meaning" is an explanation. Connecting is combining. It shows its own nature. This is "this is this's", etc. Definitely, if it is not another way, whatever does not hold as a difference and as an object of difference, and does not combine them, will also hold in that way, that is the meaning. How should one view it from removing the possession, or from approximating the false establishment without difference? Thus it is the merit of.

From these words, distinguishing what is connected, and the approximate establishment without difference, is also not entirely so. Because the dependent cognition by the nature of actions and things does not exist. The meaning of the connected cause is that whatever can be cognized, can be indicated even by merely removing the connection. If the sensory mind does not approve of this, then what does it approve of? It is said, 'That is also,' etc. Previously, grasping both the difference and what is to be differentiated, and also recalling the establishment of the world, then it can be associated, otherwise it is not possible. At that time, the sensory knowledge has ceased a long time ago, guided by memory, and associated by consciousness, therefore, only that is appropriate. 'Another situation is,' if the difference is not guided by memory. Therefore, the knowledge that relies on difference is not direct perception, or it is only a manifestation in consciousness. For example, the knowledge that 'a fragrant smell is sweet.' 'The cow is walking' is also like that, as said before. For what is pervasive, contradictory, and the two that need to be proven, it is said to be the nature, but it is not reasoning, this is to eliminate the doubt that what needs to be proven in the example is incomplete. 'Because it needs to be cognized by different senses,' smells and tastes need to be cognized by the nose and tongue. Things also need to be cognized by the eyes and body. Therefore, it would say this: Whatever knowledge possessed by the difference and the object with difference that needs to be cognized by different senses, that is not direct perception, or it is only consciousness, for example, the knowledge that 'the shape is sour.' The knowledge that 'a good smell is delicious' is also like that. Similar to the former, the distinction of reasons should also be combined. Now, the thing itself does not exist at all, because for the collection of form, etc., that is an approximate establishment. Therefore, why would it become direct perception?' Thus begins the analysis of things. 'If again,' etc., the meaning of this is: Whatever cannot be cognized by one sense, then that is not one, for example, form, etc.
