It is not so. There, also, by way of nourishing the mother, like a young person, merely by transferring the root to nourish the basis of the eyes and other senses, this is for the sake of combining excellently. Otherwise, that is not close to it, and how can those that have never lost contact be nourished? If someone says that at the time of nourishing, it becomes close to the legs and other parts, then, if that were the case, the legs and other parts would hold form. Therefore, it should be promised that only that which abides on its own basis should be nourished in the manner described above. This will be said as follows: Any sense that needs to nourish its own basis will only enter into itself, like the nose and so on. The eyes and ears are also senses that need to nourish their own basis, this is self-nature. Therefore, from the senses themselves, the suffix of the word is a different level. It should be viewed as "merely a complete distinction." Why? Because it is considered to be the meaning of being distinguished even from the basis, and not just from the senses themselves. Because only through the gateway of the basis can one understand the interval between the senses and things, just as it was said before. Because of wanting to state other faults, it is said after admitting the transfer to the outside, "Even if it is allowed to exist" and so on. Through "Otherwise" and so on, the reason for the lack of target ability for the object transferred to the outside is explained: Any sense that does not have the ability to hold an object when its basis is covered, then when it is transferred to the outside, it does not have the ability to hold an object without hindrance, like the four senses of skin and so on. The eyes and ears also do not have the ability to hold an object when their basis is covered. The result is not observed. So, does the characteristic of the eye's ability enter, is it destroyed when the basis is covered, or does it quickly and completely enter into itself at the time when the basis is covered? Therefore, there is no fault, because only the uncovered basis is its ability to hold the object, and not in any other way. For the time being, for the sense of hearing, this is not a correct establishment, because even if the basis is covered, it still enters the outside, and it is also constant. If this is considered an answer for the eyes, then it should also be abandoned. Because, the self-nature of the eyes

The part of light that has been transformed has moved, because all selves are perfectly in accordance with the object. Therefore, it is only close to that, not the support, because it is not contradictory to that. If it is said that the eye is also like that, then from what is it distinguished, so that it also becomes the support? Because its parts do not exist. Moreover, at that time, the parts of the body, which appear as its support, will not become its support at all, because there is no connection. Like other senses, or it is too extreme. Even if it is not the support, but if it is covered, then how will its destruction and entry occur? Or it is too extreme. If it is thought that the part of light has parts, then even so, its direction is perfectly in accordance with the object, and it is the proximate cause of the arising of knowledge, that fault still exists. However, if it is thought that it is another meaning for the eye's sense, then at that time, it is only that, from the power of showing the nature of the eye, and from its characteristics, it is the eye. Moreover, for that, having parts and not having parts, etc., have faults, only in that situation. Therefore, this is indeed so. The five are the senses themselves, this is from the sutra of the Sutra Pitaka, that is, the nose, tongue, eye, skin, and ear are the senses. Or, happiness etc. are not measurable, because it is said so, so it is said to be lacking characteristics. Because the knowledge of happiness etc. is not included in the characteristics of direct perception. Moreover, it is contradictory to admit that happiness etc. are measurable. To this, it can be transformed here. If happiness etc. will not become the object of direct perception, even so, will it become measurable because it is the object of inference etc.? Therefore it is said, that is, "whatever" etc. Saying oneself is because for others, it is easy to obtain the signs of happiness and joy etc. One's own, at what time, because there is no sign, so there is no inference, and because there is no similarity, so there is no approximate measurement, and because there is no approximate indication, so there is no scriptural proof, and because the sense and the object do not meet, so it is not direct perception. If that is the case, how can they be measurable? If you do not want to be blamed like this, then at that time, happiness etc.

English
It is said that the teacher taught, 'Consciousness should be enumerated as the fifth pramana.' The term 'also' means that it contradicts the acceptance of only four pramanas. Furthermore, 'or other sense faculties, mind, mind,' means that if this fault is not desired. In that case, it also contradicts the acceptance of five sense faculties. 'Because there is no obstruction' indicates that in the treatise, only mind is accepted as a sense faculty. 'For some, there are' refers to the Samkhyas and others. 'Other sense faculties, the sound is meaningless' refers to the nose and so on, because they are also established only as sense faculties. Therefore, their words become meaningless. Therefore, from what was said before, it should be understood that the others are sense faculties, not as an explicit desire. Some say that the sense faculties of the nose, tongue, eye, skin, and ear are from the elements. Here, the nose and so on are not established as sense faculties. If asked, what is it? It is said that only those that are extremely well-known as sense faculties are made of the elements, and the mind that is not made of the elements is shown afterwards. This is also not correct, because it eliminates the nature of the number of sense faculties. Therefore, saying that the nose and so on are from the elements also establishes that they are made of the elements, so mentioning sense faculties becomes meaningless. Knowledge is also knowledge and so on. If the sense faculty and what is in contact with it are valid, then it will not be without result, because knowledge itself is the result. Speaking of a result that is not different from knowledge is also as one wishes to show. 'Having the nature of certainty' and so on, if one considers what does not have the nature of certainty to be a pramana, then its certainty becomes a different result. If one considers the nature of attachment to be a pramana, then the other is not a result. If so, the certain knowledge immediately arises from the recollection of conceptualization interrupted by many consciousnesses, as previously stated. Interruption is also not reasonable as a result, otherwise it would be too much. So how is it a result? It is true, but in that case, whoever considers the pramana to be without the nature of certainty
