There are two, namely, to be produced or to be known. Among these, what is to be produced is wisdom, and what is to be known is impermanence itself. The reason is also a statement or a meaning. Among these, in terms of what is to be produced, if it is said, how can it become a non-reason from non-concordance and the very nature of being of the same dharma? Because non-concordance does not only apply to non-reasons, then what is it? It also applies to reasons. In this way, forms and so on are also not in concordance with wisdom, and they are also the producers of that. Even relying on the side of non-concordance, it will be said that what is to be in concordance is not established. Similarly, regarding 'prior to what is to be established,' if it is thought that first there is the cause and later what is to be established in the mind, then if there is no what is to be established, what is this a reason for? It is unreasonable to say this, because only when there is no what is to be established is there the meaning of reason, and once certainty has arisen about impermanence and so on, there is no need for reason at all. If it has not arisen, it will not become the term 'reason,' it will only not become this much, just like the term 'father' when a son is not born. It is also not reasonable that this alone is not an establisher, because producing a result is not related to the term, but what is it related to? To ability, and since that exists, this is not a non-reason, it is not only the fault of blaming everything, but also the fault of self-destruction, the state of self-destruction is destroying oneself. Or, self-destruction is self-annihilation, and because it also exists in this, it is characterized by self-destruction. Its entity is characterized by self-destruction itself. That itself is a fault. Why is this also a fault? Because it is said, 'Because the refutation is the same.' If this refutation refutes by being in concordance with what is to be refuted, then it will obtain no difference from what is to be refuted, and so on, all of that should be said. Similarly, if this refutation is prior to what is to be refuted, then if there is no what is to be refuted, what is this a refutation of? And so on, all of that should be said in this way.

It should also be said. Saying 'thus' is in the form of saying immediately. If it is said that the mind is not to be established, it refers to the sound distinguished by impermanence as the object. Whenever it is necessary to regard the mind as the object to be established, then, because the reason of the self-nature of words is blocked, and because it does not show others, it appears that the reason is incomplete. What is meant by 'is the meaning a sign or an appearance of being established?' refers to when the meaning is the reason and the mind alone is the object to be established, the words are not 'ba ka ka', because they are to be placed in the position of reason. If the meaning is the reason, then it appears as if it is not established, because the dharma of the meaning of the commitment will not become unestablished. The mind is also not the meaning of the commitment, so what is it? It refers to the sound distinguished by impermanence, and this is only its dharma, so it is not unestablished. If it is said that because there was no encounter before the object to be established, and because there is no name of reason, it will only become unestablished, then, for that reason, it is said: 'All dharmas.' and so on. What is meant by 'with two reasons' refers to the self-nature of words and the self-nature of meaning. Impermanence and so on are to know the meaning to be established. Here, too, it appears as if it is incomplete and unestablished, in what order, it is in order to connect the words well, and because the meaning is established. What is meant by 'those are not the objects of cause and effect' refers to the object to be established and the establisher, not the objects to be produced and produced, so what is it? It refers to the meaning of knowing and knowing. Why? It is said: 'The immovable is also visible,' like water and clouds, also for times of difference and non-difference, because recollection is the third time, so this is unreasonable. What is meant by 'permanent' refers to the equality of permanent. Impermanence, following, therefore should be permanent. It means that from the reason of impermanence following, it is universally related to permanence. That obtains constant possession of impermanence, sometimes.
