If it is said that in the example of dissimilar dharma, there is no reason, no thesis, so it is concomitant, what does this mean? It is said that only the permanence that has not been vowed will be established, because permanence approximately shows the pervasiveness to it. Whatever is said to be pervaded by what, that is what is to be established by it, for example, whatever is made is impermanent, because impermanence approximately shows the pervasiveness to what is made, just as what is made is impermanent. If so, impermanence will also establish what is made, and the same principle applies here. "For the non-pervasive" etc., meaning that because what has just arisen is non-pervasive of what is to be established, it is non-pervasive. Then, because what is not just arising, lightning etc. are permanent. Whatever is impermanent, that is just arising, because of impermanence, it will become not admitting to be just arising. If you hold on to this determination, there will be this fault. What has just arisen is only permanent, it will not become impermanent, and impermanence is also only just arising, it will not become not arising from function. At that time, because it does not arise from function, it will become permanence. It will also establish an untimely meaning, because it shows that impermanence pervades arising from function. When you hold on to this determination, permanence is only not arising from function, not arising from function, then there is no fault. Even so, for what reason, will permanence be said to be absent in what has just arisen? Because permanence exists in what does not arise from function, lightning etc. will not become permanence. Similarly, in the example of similar dharma, only impermanence arises from function, not permanence, from the determination, it will be said that arising from function is absent in permanence, not that arising from function exists in impermanence, so lightning

And so on, it will not be inferred that they arise from effort. Nor is it arguing inappropriately. Here, it is not said that impermanence itself is necessarily pervasive of what arises immediately after effort. What then? It is the absence of what arises immediately after effort in permanence, that is, what arises immediately after effort is only impermanent, not permanent. If that were the case, the reason would necessarily be limited, and therefore the meaning would arise that what arises from effort is only impermanent, not made, and so on. If so, would there be no other reason? This is not the case, if this limitation, from the limitation of the reason, it is possible to obtain that there is no other reason, even so, it is limited by the power of the speaker's intention. Therefore, whatever the speaker considers to be equal, that alone is determined by limitation, not others. Therefore, it is only said that what arises from effort does not exist in permanence, not that other dharmas do not exist in what arises immediately after effort. This is to enumerate dissimilarities, because in the opposite statement, it is also desired to completely avoid the undesirable result arising from different bases of limitation, even if this is done, it can only be obtained when limited in that way. Therefore, just as impermanence is inferred because what arises from effort does not exist in permanence, so too, because permanence does not exist in what arises immediately after effort, it can be inferred that it is not what arises immediately after effort. Just as, through similar dharma nature, what arises immediately after effort is only impermanent, not permanent, because what arises immediately after effort does not exist in permanence, so from what arises immediately after effort, impermanence can be inferred, similarly, through dissimilar dharma nature, permanence is only not what arises immediately after effort, not what arises immediately after effort, because permanence does not exist in what arises immediately after effort, so from permanence, it can be inferred that it is not what arises immediately after effort. That is to say, that is not to establish the meaning of what is promised. Therefore, only the reason should be shown to be absent where the dharma to be established is absent, not to show the meaning through limitation.
