Thus it is declared. "The established is extremely accomplished, because it possesses the prior." It means that whatever is extremely accomplished and conscious at the time of relation, only that is the established, not the others. This meaning is intended to be revealed. If it is so, even if it is not existent, if it is considered as the cause of ksharsa, then the things, qualities, and actions that are acknowledged as the cause alone will be destroyed. Thus, the entire dispute is expressed. If the non-existent is not the cause, then what is it? It means that the non-existent and others are understood. What is the cause? "The established is extremely accomplished, because it possesses the prior," which means because it possesses the prior of the near attainment. Whatever, like smoke and fire, is related, whether contradictory or non-contradictory, becomes extremely accomplished, then that smoke and others become the established. How is it known that only the extremely accomplished with the prior is the established? Because of the connection of the word "prior," also at the time of relation, only this speaks of accomplishment. If it is not so, then it should only be said "because of extreme accomplishment." Having become extremely accomplished, regarding that lump as it appears, after making it hornless or doubtful, the expression of the simile is not correct. If so, then what is it? It is only extreme accomplishment. From where does this come? It comes from the subsequent saying "if there are horns, etc." The one who establishes the property of the subject speaks thus. The dharma to be proven, for horses and cows, the non-extreme accomplishment of that is the elimination of uncertainty, but it is not so for the lump of the nature of dharma. If it is asked what is the cause of non-existence, the cause of the knowledge of non-existence is non-existence, and the cause of doubt becomes doubt, because the result is falsely attributed to the cause. Because all the dharmas of the cause are non-existent, and because of doubt, it is not so. Because it is said briefly, it is declared as incomplete. If it is said that because it has horns, it is a cow, it is only an example of a common uncertainty. From what is seen in the example, only similar things are understood, not the remaining uncertainties, and not the non-common, non-contradictory, and non-erroneous ones. From those, the characteristic is understood.

How can one understand because of the disagreement? For example, by "for example" etc., not taking the uncommon for a while, but showing it by example. The so-called six meanings of words are used as the cause of doubt. And why are the six also the cause of doubt? Because it is not in everything, meaning that it is not seen in everything. From this it will become the name of existence, so seeing is existence. If you block it, thinking that seeing is non-existence, you should say so. Then, what is not said is also a reason for doubt. If you ask, isn't the self-character of doubt understood? Answer: This is not existent, because this "reason for doubt" should not be examined as the self-character of the reason for doubt, because it is not fully understood. The so-called "whoever speaks" refers to some special people. The so-called "especially doing and sending back" is special. The so-called "because it is seen in both" is because, considering what is to be established, one sees similar things, and one sees the reason for being connected with the other things. The so-called "like comparison etc.", just as comparison itself is connected with dwarfs and people and follows, so hearing itself is connected with the meaning of words such as matter and sends back etc. Moreover, if it is horned, therefore it is the example of a cow, thinking that the uncommon has been taken, this is thinking. That is unreasonable, if it changes like two kinds of sending back, it will return through it, but that is impossible, why? Because of "not" etc. Why is it that from what is sent back, it appears like that, and doubt is not reasonable? The answer is: "Do not become" etc., having one substance itself is sent back from earth etc., and it is also not generating its doubt, because of what? Because having one substance itself is it earth? Or is it water? Or is it water? Or is it fire? Therefore, this, whatever is returned from what, that is not the reason for doubt that appears there, for example, having one substance itself is four for earth etc.
