This is the fault of being unestablished, because the dharma of permanence and impermanence is not observed, and it has not been seen anywhere else. Or it is unestablished, because in sound and so on, the dharma of permanence and impermanence is undoubtedly observed. Or it is uncertain, like flowers in the sky and so on. Correct understanding means that because similar things say "there are many grains," but here it does not change, saying "these five ate." Then, for the blackness on the throat and so on, wouldn't dissimilar things also change in some cases? Therefore, it is said, in all cases and so on. That which is desired to be understood is what is wanted, but here it is not even understanding, because without distinguishing the thing to be proven, the sound of the example only expresses the meaning to be expressed, not the sound that distinguishes the thing to be proven. Unestablished is not a reason, meaning that it is not established here, that is unestablished. It is not a reason, meaning the example that does not distinguish the thing to be proven. This shows that not distinguishing the thing to be proven refers to the collection of words, the seventh is suitable for association, but it is not a reason, because the example is only one part of the collection of words. The reason, like the example, is only the collection of words, because the part becomes a merit, so it is not the main thing. The part is not related to other parts, just as "the ears of this hand droop," it will not change. Showing beyond time is beyond time. Making beyond time is transcending time. That which is shown by making beyond time is beyond time. Reasons always become having a definite time, therefore, even if created at another time, the seed cannot produce a sprout. Therefore, what is said beyond time does not become a reason. Refutation or saying, what you are trying to prove is an incomplete reason, is it like this? Or in a definite sense, when the debater thinks,
