It is not established. It is understood from the proximate cause, which means that there are two types of causes: proximate cause and non-proximate cause. Among them, the proximate cause is that which is uncommon, that is, that which abides in the nature of the fruit, such as the seed of a sprout and the substance of the clay of a pot. The other is that which gives assistance, which is the non-proximate cause, such as the water of a sprout, and the stick and thread of a pot. Whatever is the proximate cause is related to the dharma of the fruit, but the other is not. For example, the nature of earth itself is the dharma of the pot and the lump of earth, but not the thread. Even its mere action is the proximate cause of joy and so on. Thus, they are like ice frozen in the ocean, and from it they enter completely like waves of water. Therefore, only that is related to the dharma of joy and so on, and the nature of happiness and so on, but not the sound of caste and so on. Why is that? It is said, "Do not become," and so on. Again, how is it that If a person also infers three qualities, then there will be a fault. It is said, "His consciousness," and so on. A person is the very nature of a person, and is the inner action of reason, doubt, and reversal. Although it is the cause of the fruit of joy and so on, it is not the proximate cause of the fruit of joy and so on. Therefore, it is not desired that the lineage of happiness and so on should follow. Likewise, sounds and so on are not possessed of the lineage of happiness and so on because they are not proximate causes. It should be understood that even if one does not admit it, a person will still obtain the lineage of happiness and so on. This is because it is necessary to establish that one lineage follows sounds and so on, but the reason for the same fruit has been shown indefinitely by a person. If again, how, etc., with the proximate cause that has already been said, that is understood, that is, to rejoice after that. The cause of external sounds and so on desires the fruit of joy and so on, the inner action

It is not so. For example, the quality of fire, warmth, manifests in water or the body; similarly, the fruit of sound only manifests in the mind, which means that sound and so on are the proximate causes. Therefore, joy and so on are another cause of the proximate cause, because the proximate cause is the proximate cause, so people will not be uncertain. Thinking that this is not the proximate cause of joy and so on. If they are not different, then only the entry of the ear can grasp the sound; if touch and so on are also grasped by the entry of the skin and so on, then from then on, entry from one's own realm will disappear. The joy and so on of the five entries of the ear and so on, because they are the realm of the same fruit, the promise will disappear. If they are different, and so on, whatever sound is grasped by the entry of the ear, and other than that, touch and so on are grasped by the entry of the skin and so on. If that is the case, it will harm the inference of the same category, because the same fruit is not established. Because those things are essentially different, just like sound and so on, because they are to be grasped by different senses, even if there is an expression of sound not being different. Even if it changes like that, sound and so on are to be grasped by the entry of the ear and so on, the entry of the ear and skin and eyes and tongue and nose and so on, blessed by the mind, sound and knowledge and shape and taste and smell and so on are grasped in order as they are, and the entry is obvious, this is what the scriptures say. Therefore, the discrimination of joy and so on being different and not different, this is completely unreasonable, so it is said. It is not so, and so on, whatever can be added to any collection, that is not its fruit, for example, the shape of the earth and so on. Sound and so on can also be added to the collection of joy and so on, which contradicts the pervasive. Shape and so on are shape and heaviness and roughness, obscuration and stability, certainty and dwelling, separation and patience and blackness and body and everything to be used.
