It is for the purpose of summarizing the conclusions. This word "also" refers to two kinds of inference. The word "also" is to clarify that it is not only for the particular things. To refute the particular things, it is said that the combination is not related to the object to be measured. For example, to prove the existence of space and so on, the combination is not reasonable. This is explained by this passage. Similarly, here too, all the limbs of those who come with and without distinction, only with the reason of being unrelated to the object to be measured, should be analyzed, but not only the reason. Why? Because they are included in the things that come with and without distinction. The nature of the combination of limbs is the things that come with and without distinction. Therefore, all the limbs are included in it. "The chief exists" is the proposition. Here, the differences should be well understood, or because the differences are well grasped, it is the chief, that is, the state of equality of courage, dust, and darkness. "Because the following is seen in the differences" and so on is the reason. "To distinguish and differentiate each other" therefore, the differences are the changes. Following them is to follow, because it is the nature of happiness, suffering, and ignorance. To that, the word "if", the word if indicates another proposition, and it also establishes the side that is not one. Like this, after saying "the chief exists", from where does the inquiry about the field of reason arise? Therefore, it should be understood that the existence of the chief is to be proved. It should be understood that the approaching combination is to prove that the chief exists only in the differences. Like this, it is explained that the inner nature and the outer differences have the same following, therefore, it is thought that these are generally existing things from previously different things and so on. Like this, there may be two kinds of distinctions, if the existence of the chief should be proved, then that is not correct, it is unreasonable. Why? Because, it is said, not knowing the field of the valid cognizer.

The term "ra" is a term of epistemology, here intended to express inference. Its object is the general characteristic, because it is not understood. The term "not having the object of general characteristics" means having the object of self-characteristics. The term "has been shown" means that the pervasive function of wind has been understood. "The dharma to be established also establishes," etc., whatever does not become the dharma to be established does not become the means of establishment, for example, just as fire burns when establishing that sound is impermanent. When establishing that the self exists, following after the differences also does not become the dharma to be established, thus it is said that there is no difference. The term "extensive words are not valid reasoning, but are remnants of speech." The self exists because it is seen to follow after the differences. The differences of the inner self, for those that have become cause and effect, one sees the same kind following, even as far as sound and touch, form and taste and smell, these five, are the differences in the arrangement of pleasure and pain and delusion, these three. Why are there five? Because the five have one result, etc., extensive words do not become valid reasoning. Why? Because it is a concise expression of the means of establishment. A concise expression of the means of establishment is valid reasoning, because that is the definition. So, is it not the case that only the statement "because it is seen to follow after the differences" is valid reasoning here? This is also concise. Moreover, here the remaining texts are arranged in order to show the pervasiveness of valid reasoning and to completely eliminate what is unestablished, if it is said so, it is said in response, that also has not been said. It is said that a concise expression of the means of establishment is valid reasoning, but it is not the means of establishment, if it is not said, then its words should also be understood as valid reasoning, therefore it is thought that this is just the same as not saying it. Although it may change like that, one should especially understand the distinction from the words of the means of establishment, if it is said so, it is said in response, everything is only, etc. Or, here it may change. Here, whatever part establishes
