Thus it is. Among them, the distinction is whether it is the bowl of Devadatta, or of silver, or of gold, to eat ru zu ru chug (Tibetan, literal meaning unknown) things. By distinguishing, one should know this basis of things. The collection is like Devadatta with butter, vegetables, and leaves, eating ru zu chug (Tibetan, literal meaning unknown) things with salt. The prevention is like giving yogurt to the Brahmins, giving silk to the son of Kundina, and so on. Thus, for those who obtain oneness, like harm, distinction and collection, etc., will also change, therefore doubt arises. Therefore, in order to completely abandon the meaning of doubt, it becomes the sixth. Then, for the general, the special will cause harm, this well-known saying is reasonable. Therefore, what doubt is there about this? Thinking like this: this reasoning, the other party will not follow. If they follow, then from the example and the sameness of dharma itself, that which can establish what is to be established is the reason. Similarly, from the difference of dharma itself, here it should not be said that it can establish. Thus, this is the nature of a pseudo-reason, whether it is the sameness of dharma or the difference of dharma, in order to cut off, it is approached by reversing from it. It should be said like this: whatever is the sameness of dharma or the difference of dharma, and is not a pseudo-reason, that is the reason. If you want this reasoning, then, whatever is the sameness of dharma or the difference of dharma, is a pseudo-reason, then it becomes the reason itself, which is not impossible, because in the special realm, there is no general occasion. It is also said that it can establish, therefore, this reasoning will be surpassed and entered. Therefore, this is doubt. It is not only without fault, because it approaches the impossible difference. Similarly, with the difference of meaning, what is to be established is what can be established, understanding the meaning by the meaning itself, not by the sound. Then, again, and so on, the thinking about this will be explained. Also, how should it be regarded as the meaning of difference itself? It is said: language is not the reason for all sameness of dharma, such as measurability and so on. Whatever is desired, that is the difference.

par gyis. That means, for example, the word that is in accordance with the Dharma and not confused is the reason. What is the meaning of the difference in words? It is just that there is none at all. Even if there are hundreds and thousands of differences, the word will not be confused in the meaning to be proven. Then, what is the thought with "again" and so on? Then it becomes for the purpose of making a house, and that is explained clearly. For example, vows and reasons are contradictory, but here words cannot be contradictory, so the meaning must be clearly understood. Unnecessary things are not desired. That means, it is necessary to rely on expressing with a word that is closer than necessary, just like a Brahmin boy is called Senge, in order to understand that bravery itself is outstanding, it is expressed with the word lion. Here too, the main meaning of the words to be proven and able to prove is just that they are in accordance with the Dharma, so that is what should be distinguished, the meaning is not the difference in words. That is how it should be distinguished, that means, for example, there are also those that are in accordance with the Dharma that are not able to prove. Then, how can it be distinguished from that? Distinguish it in that way, then distinguishing what is not able to prove is done with the word that is able to prove, then how can it not be distinguished from what is not able to prove? That is the thought. This is not distinguished, because it is only a name. Because all the limbs are only engaged for the purpose of understanding what is to be proven. What is to be proven is what is able to prove, therefore this is a name, therefore the respective objects to be proven and able to prove should be explained separately as appropriate. That is not the common nature of all the limbs. That proof is also not capable for the purpose of understanding the difference, because it is completely unknown, so that is not reasonable as a difference. How can all the limbs have the name of the word to be proven and able to prove? The name of the general and the specific is not a name, like the word tree and bark, if you say that, because it is not the author of the distinction.
