If it is said otherwise, if there is no such permanence, then only non-arising, is the characteristic of extreme pervasion. If it is said that there is no impermanence, then only change should be accepted and upheld, thus only impermanence should be accepted and upheld, and the rest is not, which is already established. How does this become a fault? It should be considered. "Only without" means that if there is no such thing, then it does not arise, not even a small part arises, which is the cause, and it should become a fault of acceptance. Thus, it is not only that without it, it does not arise, but what else? It is said that there is also co-arising. However, those that pervade the homogeneous, such as what is made, etc., are only the cause, and those that do not pervade the homogeneous, such as newly born, etc., are not. Thus, if there is no such thing, then it does not arise, such a decision, how to accept and uphold non-self-nature, that is, even together does not arise? Thus, the newly born is also like this, because it is also like acceptance and upholding, thus together it also does not arise, such as electricity, etc. However, for those who co-arise in meaning, such as what is made, etc., only they are the cause, and the newly born is not, because it does not only co-arise with impermanence. Therefore, it is said that it is impermanent, etc. Or someone says, saying that without, then only non-arising, the meaning is that only those who co-arise are the cause, not only those who co-arise, so there is no fault. This is not reasonable, if in this decision, it is said that only those who co-arise in meaning are the cause, then the decision becomes meaningless, if even together does not arise is the cause, then what is the result of the decision? This should be said. Thus, the second decision is the characteristic of non-pervasion. The third decision, it is said that there is no characteristic, such as this, etc. However, the word "also" is the meaning.

This is to ascertain, meaning only unwillingness. The previous ascertainments can achieve a little desire, but here there is only no desire. It is true that the previous ones do not become faults. How can they not become faults? It is said: Only that kind does not arise together, because this dharma is not present in what is to be heard, so there is no fault of becoming a reason for that. Even what arises immediately after effort is not connected to the previous fault, because the previous fault is doing, etc., following after the reason itself is established, but here there is not even a question of the reason itself being established. What is said is, however, etc. Then, you also have the same, only existing there, here, to determine only the same as that, becoming a fault is the same, because there is no reason to exist only in things that are the same as that, because all things follow different kinds of dharmas. This is not existent, because that sameness and similarity are different names, and similarity is also the same in meaning as the generality of the dharma to be proven. Here also, it should be determined in this way, that whatever is the same in meaning as the generality of the dharma to be proven is only similarity, not only the same as the generality of the dharma to be proven. Therefore, that sameness is also whatever is the same as the generality of the dharma to be proven, that should change, not only the same as the generality of the dharma to be proven, so becoming a fault is not the same. Then, is it not understood only from determining the exclusion of having equal opposites? It is not to prevent all dharmas, so why is it not absent in what is to be indicated? Even if that is also only able to determine by excluding having equal opposites, but because there are no relevant situations such as impermanence and permanence here, all dharmas also depend on each other, because it is not like that, and not like that is also because it does not have equal opposites, so it should be excluded. This is temporary, how to show it by combination? Just like that.
