Those that are definite and definite by one are different, like impotence and drama. Body and mind are also definite by two and by one, which is called the reason of self-nature. What is called self is self-nature. If so, would it be difficult to avoid the fault of only speaking of the consciousness of this very reason? Therefore, it is said, "Non-dual consciousness," which is a concluding remark that becomes the fault of the reason not being established. Like this, being definite by two itself, even saying it is consciousness is not established, because at all times, only one's own appearance is cognized, just like someone with cataracts sees two moons. Furthermore, when using other moments, it indicates that it arises without mind and immediately perishes. If so, and if the body is admitted to be its own nature, then it would become momentary. Therefore, for the time being, the characteristic of entering there as its self-nature is not established. If entering is a characteristic arising from that, then that arising from mental consciousness, either in the way that it relies on it, just as eye consciousness and so on rely on the eye and so on, or it comes from not being confused by it, just as smoke does not confuse fire. Therefore, for this, neither of the two ways of entering is established. Like this, the mind's intelligence does not rely on the body like the intelligence of the senses, because it does not follow what is actually determined. If that does not exist, it will also not arise, because it is also admitted that in the formless realm, it exists even without a body. Even if it is admitted that the reason is established in that way, it is also said that the reason is uncertain. Because it arises relying on it, or because those are without confusion. Like this, there is no contradiction in entering different bodies and connecting other consciousnesses. For example, from the moment of death, the consciousness that arises in the previous moment of being alive connects, similarly, because the body is momentary, entering different bodies is also, therefore the reason is uncertain. Also, because it is the same continuum, the body is not different, therefore entering the body that is not different itself.

If understood in this way, then the body of the intermediate state is also the same. Like this, the continuum of the nature of the five aggregates, called the body of this life and the body of the next life, is just a difference in stages, just like the difference between the stages of a child and an old person. For the second argument, because it is also consciousness, in order to show that this reason is a valid means that contradicts what is to be established, it is not stated because the uncertainty is obvious. With "the mind of death with attachment," etc., in terms of the third argument, it is said "exhaustion of outflows," etc. For whom there is no connection with other minds, that is not connected. This explains that any example of the dharma to be established has already been established. Like this, better than the beauty on this side, the dying mind of an Arhat, does not connect with other minds. From where is this determined? If it is said that it is also from the promise of the tenets of other Buddhas, my birth is exhausted, the Brahmachariya has been practiced, what should be done has been done, and from now on I do not know other existences, to establish non-connection with this, then this is not reasonable, because the tenets of others are not taken as valid means. Not completely taking the worldly Lokayata as a valid means, then how can it be determined? Because it will also be extended to the next life is also certain. If it is understood from other valid means, then why not say that itself is to be established? What is the use of the teachings shown by ignorance for those who cannot understand? Because whoever does not say that, that is not to be established, it is not. Even if relying on the tenets, it is also to show that for some Buddhas, the example of having the dharma to be established is not established. It is said, "Which ones have some intelligence about this," etc. This for refers to the scriptures of the Sugata. Intelligence refers to the Mahayana practitioners. Some refers to the Madhyamikas. They say that the Buddhas do not abide in Nirvana, because they do not abide in Samsara and Nirvana.
