If not grasped, it should not be taken for granted as a sign, because that would be too extreme. If the similarity located on the cow dung becomes a sign, it is because it is obtained from there, if it is said so. Even if the cow dung is grasped, the cow is not inferred, because the basis is different, like the blackness of a crow, etc. If, after seeing the cow dung, the cow is grasped, then what is located on it becomes a sign, if it is said so, it is said "by the meaning of the oath," because the similarity is measurable. Therefore, it itself should not be considered a sign. If the cow dung becomes a sign, it is said "because there is no connection," for this, whatever has a different basis, the cow dung is also not a sign. If approximate measurement is not a valid cognition, it is said "meaning of non-comprehension," because previously the characteristic similar to the cow dung of the cow was not grasped, so because there is the function of making the cow that does not understand the similar characteristic manifest, it should be a valid cognition. Answer with "measurable," etc., because there is nothing measurable, so like a valid cognition other than the six valid cognitions, approximate measurement is a valid cognition. If it is said that because it has mostly similar limbs, there is a measurable object of similarity, therefore, the argument is not established. That is not so, because when universally observing, universal things have already been excluded. Mostly those are also not, and also because it does not have those, therefore the argument is not established, and it does not diminish the valid cognition that universally cognizes, therefore, the argument is not established. For that, the valid cognition is this, that is, the universal thing itself, and that should also be grasped by direct perception, these are the two oaths. Because it is different from the non-existent measurable object. This is called the argument, because it is the nature of the measurable object that is different from the non-thing measurable object. Non-common thing. This is called the example, the non-common thing is its own characteristic. Explain the fault with "universal meaning," etc., the sound of the meaning of universal meaning is the measurable word. For both oaths, also to the Buddhists who say that the universal nature does not exist

Because it is not established apart from non-entities, the reason is not established. The first proof of the characteristic of an entity is also one aspect of the meaning of the commitment. For example, an entity is other than a non-entity, because an entity is the characteristic that distinguishes non-entities, so this is approaching the reason itself with another sound, and it itself is also to be proven, so it is only one aspect of the meaning of the commitment. Furthermore, because it is the nature of memory, close measurement is valid, or it is another memory. In order to show that it is the nature of memory, it is said, "For example, like this," and so on. If the entity called "similarity" exists in its own essence, then some parts of a cow, together with the parts belonging to a bull, are the causes of similar cognition. Apart from the parts that are the cause of similar cognition, there is no other meaning called "similarity," because other meanings apart from those do not appear in the mind. Therefore, when a cow is seen, the knowledge of the essence of memory arises mostly from the power of seeing the parts belonging to a bull, but it is not grasping the entity called similarity. If it is not like that, then for horses and so on, there are also parts that are mostly similar, so why doesn't the cognition of a bull arise from seeing a cow, just like seeing a cow? There is no difference in this respect, because both have similarities. Furthermore, if it is not seen once, then memory itself does not have this fault. Whatever was not seen once before will become a memory, because the causes that awaken memory are determined by their respective abilities. Someone might think, even if it is allowed to be memory, even so, why is memory itself not valid? Therefore, it is said, "This is," and so on. "This is" is memory. After acknowledging that similarity is the entity itself, showing that close measurement by another object is not valid depends on similarity being an entity. It is said, "Similarity is an entity," and so on, similarity is an entity, and for a cow, it is also like a community
