Having said this, it is thought to avoid confusion. As it is said: If words are fixed to one meaning, other meanings will not be understood. If clearly related to multiple meanings, it is possible to clearly reveal contradictions. This is what is said. Thus, by showing that the first characteristic arising from sound is impossible, in order to generate unwavering knowledge, this reason is shown to be unestablished by way of conclusion. Therefore, it is said, "Therefore," and so on. If it is not man-made, then at what time is it impossible to understand the meaning in the manner described above, then how can it be unwavering? Any change in understanding the meaning from the words of the Vedas should be derived from convention, which has already been shown at the beginning by "this changes from the doctrine," and so on. This should also be derived from convention, because the words of the Vedas are no different from man-made words, that is, what is created by man. There is no difference from man-made words, this is the conclusion. Where does this come from? It is said, "Understanding reason," and so on. Through those, that is, the Vedas and the man-made, because in all ways, people can do it, so the Vedas are no different from worldly people. "From hearing" is used to ridicule. Or, the second also shows through trust, the explanation of the fault of the characteristic that "the characteristic arising from sound is impossible" is, it is said, "Do not accept trust," and so on, because those who have the ability to reason do not accept people whose sins are exhausted, do not accept trust, then how can his words be correct? "Intolerable" is unreasonable, is the conclusion of impossible. Again, if you want trust, when you want trust, starting from saying "This is this," because this trust is uncertain, so it is like it does not exist. There is no measure to determine the shortcomings and merits of others, because they are beyond the scope of the senses. The expressions of body and speech will also be changed because of having thoughts first.

In order not to confuse, the wise do not cling to these. If someone has eliminated faults, but has not eliminated the fault of seeing mostly non-deception in words, we want to believe him. Therefore, credible words should be accepted. Therefore, if it is thought that the nature of sound is impossible, that is not correct. Because merely focusing on non-deception, it is unreasonable to conclude that all situations are like that, because there may be errors. If it is not like that, it will become the nature of error. Thus, after temporarily showing the special refutation of the two natures arising from sound, the explanation of the general refutation is, starting with "whose those" etc. Those words that make the understanding of things become valid, together with the things to be expressed, are not related to their own nature or the nature arising from them. Among them, temporarily there is no connection with the nature of its own nature, because there are reasons such as being held by different sense faculties. Among them, being held by different sense faculties means being held by different sense faculties. For example, sound is to be held by the ear faculty, and things are by the eye etc. The sound of etc. holds different times and places, appearances and causes. The youth says: Because it is held by different sense faculties, it is different, this statement is uncertain. For example, when many people look at one object, because it is held by different sense faculties, the object will become different. If it is thought that because the types of eye faculties are not different, here it is held by one sense faculty. Then, if existence is to be held by multiple sense faculties, because the types of sense faculties are not different, because it is held by non-different sense faculties, it will be established as one. Therefore, distinguishing things as different and non-different from different and non-different intelligence, not from different and non-different sense faculties, they say so. As it is said: Because of different bodies, places, and objects to be taken.
