If any worldly words are from a credible person, or if it is a sensory realm, then it is indeed so. If it is not from a credible person, or from the mind of a being that is not a sensory realm, then it is not valid cognition, because a mere being cannot know. Someone might say that. Therefore, starting with words like "that," the first definition arising from words like "and" of that which has no author, is to explain the fault of the definition being impossible. Words without an author cannot exist, because the momentary destruction as a particularity has already been proven, or through the reasoning that will be explained. Even if it exists, it is impossible to possess its meaning, therefore, knowing the hidden meaning from words without an author, both of these are impossible, therefore the definition of valid cognition is impossible. Furthermore, how is it without an author? Having spoken of words like "ability," regarding this, if it becomes without an author, then in generating knowledge, it is either able to become capable, or sometimes it is not able to become capable, these are two possibilities. The first possibility, the nature of being capable always follows, therefore it will always become knowledge arising from it. The syllogism for this is: whatever has unimpeded ability to do what is done, that is the doer, like the final aggregation of causes. Words without an author also have unimpeded ability to generate knowledge at all times, this is a reason of nature. Or, whatever has complete causes, that is what will arise, like a sprout with complete causes. Knowledge arising from what is not made by a person also has complete causes, this is a reason of nature. In the second possibility, because the nature of being incapable always follows, it will never become knowledge arising from it, like a sprout with incomplete causes. How is it that it does not accord with meaning? Having spoken of words like "how inverted," that is, with inverted meaning or with true meaning, it possesses the meaning of two kinds of causes, because there is no third category. With meaning
