The very nature of mind is the principal one, and this must be acknowledged without any doubt by all opponents. If it is not so, if it is said that knowledge is to be cognized by other knowledge, then, since the object is not established, the cognition of the object will not be established. Therefore, the nature of the mind's self-nature being clear is the principal one, and since that self-nature is also the nature of its impermanence and so forth, it is naturally established that that very mind is the nature of seeing, I think. One might think that even if the mind itself is the nature of seeing, even those who have abandoned defilements may be reborn, so all the reasons stated above must be uncertain, which is difficult to avoid. In order to dispel this doubt, it is said, "Therefore, the mind is" and so on. Because it is the nature of the path, in the past, when the defilements such as desire were temporary, because they were weak and unable to overwhelm the path, how could the path, if it were the nature of the path, be overwhelmed? Furthermore, possessing the nature of the qualities of the mind, like the love of a sweeper and a cremator, cannot be abandoned without effort. It is also impossible to strive to abandon the sight of things that possess qualities. Why? Because the qualities are seen. This has also been explained before. Fault means sin. On the other hand, if you want to show that what you said to refute omniscience, such as the nature of things, can itself be established, then, first, in order to explain the difference between the reasons such as the nature of things, it is said, "Furthermore" and so on. To this, what will be explained is the fundamental combination: those who possess the Dharma such as the nature of things and the nature of knowable things may clearly appear in one wisdom that has reached the extreme of habit, such as those who are deluded by desire and so on contemplate women, sons, and thieves and so on. All Dharmas also possess the Dharma such as the nature of things.

It is called the reason of self-nature. This is not uncertain, because whoever practices correctly or incorrectly, because all practices are complete, it is established as having the fruit of clear knowledge, just like the differences of women who have desires, etc. All dharmas are also those who have become the nature of the root, etc., practice the true nature of that, which is called the reason of self-nature. This shows that the fruit of clear knowledge is the pervasiveness of practice, because it does not depend on other meanings. If you ask how the true nature of this nature of emptiness, etc., is established as clear nature? It is said that the nature of emptiness and selflessness, etc. It is also said that since the knowledge of emptiness, etc., has also been established as a direct measure, it is said to be a direct measure, etc. The nature of manifestation is non-conceptual, and the meaning of the object established by measurement, through the gate of non-deception, like the knowledge of the eye, etc., this is a direct measure. Thus, if it is established as clear nature, then it is established that all dharmas appear clearly at once in one wisdom, so it is established that the pervasiveness of those who have practice is born. Understand it like this. It is possible that all dharmas appear visible in one knowledge. The connection is that whoever practices diligently, it is possible for them to appear clearly at once in one knowledge, like women, etc. All dharmas are also those who should be practiced, which is called the reason of self-nature. In order to show that this should not be thought of as incomplete, it is said that it is not an incomplete reason. In order to show that there has been extensive practice before, it is not an incomplete reason. Thus, by showing that manifestation and practice are related in accordance, after establishing pervasiveness, now in order to show the meaning of the root measure, it is said that the ultimate of practice, etc., means that whoever has the ultimate of practice in what wisdom, that is what it is called
