That is because the speaker's knowledge is a prerequisite. For example, just as the efficacy of arura and others is shown. This showing of the Dharma and so on of the Buddhas and so on is also a showing, which is called the reason of self-nature. The answer to this is: Because it is also possible in other cases. And so on, because in other cases, showing due to ignorance is also possible, both inference and understanding through meaning are uncertain. How is it possible in other cases? It is said that dreams and so on are seen. As the explanation of the hermits says: Showing can also arise from ignorance, and the absence of ignorance can also arise from wisdom. Among them, seeing arising from ignorance is seen, for example, as the object seen in a dream. Seeing arising from wisdom is like strength and so on. Those who do not clearly know wisdom in the Sugatas, either out of ignorance or to protect others, show it, it is said. Showing that itself is: those who do not know wisdom and so on, among which not relying means not relying on wisdom. How is this showing understood not to rely on wisdom? If wisdom and so on are said, if the Dharma and so on of the Buddhas and so on is shown and becomes the root of wisdom, then like strength and so on, it will only be shown by Brahmins who know wisdom. But these are not only shown to Brahmins, but to ignorant people. Therefore, understand that showing is a false worldly lie, such as deceptive words and so on, and digging and Sena and other actions. Also, those strengths and so on, because they know wisdom, the showing of the Dharma and so on is only the root of wisdom, not autonomous, showing this is: those with the chief and so on. Definitive words, sacrifices, and poetry are called the three wisdoms. Because they know those, they are called the three knowledges, and are said to the Brahmins. Three

Therefore, whatever teachings, treatises, and other scriptures are taught by the wise, that is called "that word." Relying on these scriptures to explain the cause is "speaking with the power of knowledge." That is to say, whatever is spoken with the power of knowledge is called "that word." How is this determined? It is because the "words of knowledge" and so on are mentioned. "Showing" means "realization." Thus, since the five valid cognitions cannot establish the omniscient one, it should be understood through the remaining part as "non-existence," because what is objectified by the valid cognition of "non-existence" is by nature without self-nature. This argument is established. Moreover, it is not uncertain, because it has already been explained that there is no other reason to explain the word "non-existence." That is what I think. We are not trying to establish the omniscient one from the horns. What is it then? In general, it is to establish existence itself, that is, there is some omniscient one, or there is an omniscient one somewhere, because we see that wisdom and so on have reached the extreme. That is what I think. Therefore, it is mentioned that "there is some omniscient person" and so on. For the time being, since the argument itself has already been shown to be uncertain, it actually reveals the fault of the proposition. If one wants to establish another proposition, then proposing another proposition is the fault of the proposition being incomplete. Moreover, here, we want to establish that our own teacher is the omniscient one, not the omniscient one in a general sense. Like this, seeking an omniscient one with realization is not driven by attachment. What is it then? At that time, in order to know what should be practiced and what should not be practiced, and thus to take or reject, that is the desire to take or reject. Even if it is established in a general sense, it is of no practical help to the individual's taking or rejecting, because if one does not fully understand its particularity, one cannot determine its words. Therefore, those who want to take or reject should establish its particularity. So, a general proposition is an incomplete proposition. The so-called "meaning of what is to be established" is the meaning of what is to be established.
