It is not accomplished to fully know what is not Dharma, etc., because those who are skilled in knowing how to deceive others, such as illusion and optical illusions, are uncertain. For example, how is it eaten through the combination of mantras and medicines, such as food and dishes, etc.; how is it thought, that is, the object of mind; and like not deceiving the substance that is in punishment. Just by that, it is not knowing Dharma, etc. Similarly, some who are skilled in optical illusions show wonderful gardens, palaces, assemblies of gods, and sons of gods, etc., in the sky, therefore it is uncertain. However, even if they do that, isn't it shown from ancient times, etc., that Brahma, etc., are omniscient? For example, there it is believed that Brahma's knowledge is unobstructed and free from desire. So, how can omniscience not be established from the scriptures? To this, it is said: For example, the so-called "telling what happened," etc., just as mantras, etc., are shown as definitive meaning, so too, for such occurrences, etc., the omniscience of Brahma, etc., should be understood as definitive meaning. Because speaking of other meanings with the sound of other meanings, it is called definitive meaning. On the other hand, for Dharma and meaning, desire and liberation, because knowledge is unobstructed for timely matters, Brahma, etc., are shown to be unobstructed in knowledge, but not unobstructed for all things. If for Dharma, etc., for other things, knowledge does not become unobstructed, how is it called unobstructed? Therefore, it is said, "Because it is only unobstructed," etc. Thus, if it is said to be unobstructed because it is unobstructed for one's own meaning, then the knowledge of all beings is unobstructed for their own meaning, therefore, for whose very self is knowledge said to be unobstructed, but not for others, what is the difference from Brahma, etc.? The establishment of this is, the so-called "this knowledge is," etc., for Dharma, etc., which are closely related to the meaning of beings, Brahma's knowledge is unobstructed, but not for others.

In particular, to explain this difference, it is pointed out here that Brahma and others are called unobstructed wisdom because they have no hindrance to their own interests, but others are not. "Wisdom arising from all means" refers to the wisdom arising from the means such as Dharma, which are closely needed for the benefit of human beings, and is born from means. "As many as" means without omission, which is also a distinction of wisdom born from means. "Or else" means to explain another point of view. "Self" refers to a person. "That nature" refers to the wisdom that has self as its object. Isn't it necessary to enumerate the inexhaustible ten qualities of Isvara, such as wisdom? If so, why doesn't this become omniscient because it possesses this inexhaustible wisdom? Whenever wisdom and so on are mentioned, wisdom is the realization of Suchness. Detachment means turning away from the object. Isvara has eight aspects: subtlety, lightness, being worthy of offering, going anywhere at will, possessing all desires, becoming the master, being able to control, and dwelling in joy and pleasure. These ten wisdoms and so on are inexhaustible, and whoever possesses the imperishable is the one who possesses the ten imperishable. Among them, subtlety means becoming extremely subtle particles, and when all sentient beings cannot see it, it can travel in all worlds. Lightness means traveling like the wind because of lightness. Being worthy of offering means being worshiped and prostrated in all worlds. The great one also refers to becoming the greatest. Going anywhere at will means being able to reach wherever the mind thinks. Possessing all desires means becoming many desires, which means being able to enjoy the object. Becoming the master means becoming the master of the three realms. Being able to control means being able to freely control sentient beings that can move and cannot move, and being able to freely control the senses. Dwelling in joy and pleasure refers to Brahma, the Lord of Creatures, gods, Gandharvas, Yakshas, Rakshasas, flesh eaters, etc., as well as the birthplaces of humans and animals, and other places, wherever they like, they can dwell in that place.
