Because of being harmed, that has already been explained in the part of examining the self, etc. Furthermore, examining the hearing, because it has been established that the Vedas were created by humans; even if they were not created by humans, like forest fires, etc., there is a possibility of being the cause of reversal. Here, there is a possibility of not being a valid means of knowledge, saying so, it is not enough just because it conforms to the Dharma. If someone thinks like this, even if there is such a possibility, how can it be established that it is not a valid means of knowledge just because it exists? Then it is said: Imputing faults from seeing faults, there is no difference. What is said is: To whichever speech faults are imputed, that is like that, there is no difference. Because both are equally capable of refuting the term of existing valid means of knowledge. Therefore, it is concluded with "also in that Veda," etc. 'Making and speaking, indeed, are desired.' For this sentence, this is making and also speaking, so it is said, speaking is explaining. What is made and explained by faultless people, this is the third collection, its essence is that. That is certain, and also faultlessly made and explained, thus connecting the words. You should want that, because the Veda is established as a valid means of knowledge. If it is like that, if you want it like that, then it will become a valid means of knowledge from other aspects, if you don't want it, then it is not a valid means of knowledge, that is what is thought. Therefore, 'Faultlessly making, and, certainly wanting to speak.' For this sentence, doubting the answer that the young woman does not accept, is how, how, etc., that is, who is the explainer? Whose memory and mind are dull? Who comes from whose side? Who causes harm, etc., small things or changes in the voice? Who determines what is not a word as a word and wants it, like that, if there are people who are trying to find gaps to utter the Veda, then, how can the afflictions that utter the Veda not respectfully utter the Veda? If it is like that, then there is doubt about whether this Veda is a valid means of knowledge.

Because there is not. Then, because it is considered that the faultless one has made and spoken it, why say it? That's what I thought. Similarly, if those who recite the mantra and have a pure mind, when destroying other mantras, because of laziness and not speaking, it will become only a part, so this mantra may become something else. Because of what? Those who destroy mantras with minds of attachment, etc., those whose wisdom is completely pure to cut off, that is, to make it return, because they always protect this mantra, how can it abandon its own nature? Thinking like this, if they always protect the mantra, even so, when speaking of this with great terror, it may become something else later, thus welcoming doubts. Then, it said, "All sentient beings, ever," etc. It is answered with "That is not so," etc. If so, it only shows that the recitation is the same, but not the way to understand the meaning. If that is the case, for that meaning, undoubtedly, this should be considered as made and spoken by the faultless one. Merely wishing, because not seeing the weak, merely not seeing, because not omniscient, so in all realms, etc., it is certainly not possible, what is shown is "Who knows by direct perception," etc. In order to explain this reasonably, it said, "Otherwise," etc. If the recitation is the same, then at some realm, etc., the wisdom of the men is inconsistent with the recitation, and there will be no doubt. "All sentient beings, ever," etc., said, "Constantly like this sentient being," etc., sentient beings are at all times, only such sentient beings, for this, there is not the slightest amount of proof that can be established. Also, the Buddhas, "If the hell in the destruction of the eon" exists, without harm, it will be exhausted, thus speaking of the eon of destruction, and "Who remembers," etc., this has completely become darkness, it is not certain, it is not symbolic, it is not investigable, it is not knowable.
