It is to show that whatever is said to be established is uncertain. Therefore, it is said "anywhere" etc. "Anywhere" refers to exhortation etc. "These two" refers to other kinds of knowledge and knowledge of other causes and conditions. "Only similar" refers to being the same as untrue meanings and the nature of the words of a person, etc. Why shouldn't it be said? Here is the explanation of the reason, i.e. "for that" etc. If something becomes non-valid cognition just because it is not valid cognition and is similar, then at that time all valid cognition will become non-valid cognition. In this way, for all things, it can be said that they are similar to the nature of things, etc., which is the condensed meaning. How is it harmful to oneself? It is said "also to others" etc. "Also to others" refers to the debater. "By image" means, for example, just as an image immediately arises from a form, so the means of proof arranged by the Buddha immediately produces the means of proof that is inconsistent with the debater, which is its meaning. In this way, the words of the Vedas are false, because they are the nature of words, etc., just as fire is warm and light is bright, so are the words of a person, which can be said. Therefore, because of the obstruction of such inconsistent valid cognition, it is harmful. The exhortation of the Buddha, etc., is not the true view as it is, that is, whatever exhortation is arranged cannot harm the exhortation. From what? Because it is a general valid cognition. Whatever valid cognition a general valid cognition has is called that, and its object is that itself. What is to be said here is, "In order to obtain oneself" etc., starting from "In order to obtain oneself", the refutation is started in order. "With reason" means relying on things, because one cannot do things for things that do not exist, which is what is thought. What is this establishment?
