This understanding of meaning is established only through the teachings of a person (Pudgala), because there is no other opportunity. This is what is being shown. However, others argue with "this that transcends the herd and examines," and so on. However, this is also similar to the scriptures made by persons, such as how people now can truly understand the meaning and words of hidden teachers such as the Buddha, or whether it is inverted. "It is not so," and so on, is used to answer this. "Here" refers to the meaning of a person, close to the meaning of what is needed, and the means of truthfulness, such as acting as an intermediary, is closely shown by the person. For example, wise people with reason will fully enter into this, not just by reputation. "With faith" means to fully believe, which is synonymous with "certainty arising from rational thought." Because only the meaning established by valid cognition is worthy of complete belief, otherwise it is not, because doubt has not been eliminated for this, because meaningless doubt has not been eliminated. "Doubt about meaning" refers to the meaning of unprecedented excellence and gods, etc., which are extremely hidden. For example, for this, for the words made by a person, the person's own mind is firm, and there is a possibility of undeluded instruction. When the lineage of listeners is also unbroken, correct instruction is possible, but it is not given to what is not made by a person, because there is no teacher for this. Furthermore, when the teacher speaks out of compassion to make the world understand, he speaks following the customs of the world. Therefore, that meaning can also be accomplished from the reputation of the world, because there is no attachment to it, so it is not made by a non-person. If so, why don't you enter with any scripture? Because doubt exists equally in everything, in order to eliminate this accusation, "direct perception and inference," and so on, are said. This, no matter what you doubt, direct perception and inference, etc.

It is beautiful to enter with that which does not contradict the desired meaning. Because it is not so, it is not by the power of valid cognition ( प्रमाण ,pramāṇa, प्रमाण, measure) for the unmanifest, but only doubt arises that does not change the meaning. If that is the case, then the Vedas should also enter with this reasoning. It is said, "The sound of the Vedas is not like that," etc. The so-called "self-realization" means that oneself becomes the valid cognition. Therefore, it is not reasonable to enter after measuring with valid cognition, because it would become valid cognition from others. Therefore, it is also impossible for the two realms to be completely pure. Like this, in the Vedas, the former and latter entities, the person with the nature of death, transference, and birth, is the sequential author, and is the enjoyer of karma and fruition, which is proposed from the Vedas, but that is also unreasonable, because it has already been said that I am permanent. Similarly, proposing that some things are permanent has also shown that stable things cannot be permanent. Similarly, considering universals and other non-perceptible things as perceptible, and showing that it is impossible for things to have sequential arising, abiding, and ceasing, and that there is no difference, not being the former agent, relying on others to produce, and that what has already been established is not action, but also relying on others to abide, and showing that the cause leads to destruction, etc., points out many contradictions with valid cognition. So, how can one enter into such scriptural distinctions? Also, what others say to prove the permanence of the relationship between a young woman is the nature of an immediately fabricated story, because it has been shown that dramas, etc., are uncertain. It is said, "The Dharma that is immediately meaningful and constantly continuous," etc. For the story that has a meaning that has been examined, it is called that. This is the meaning of immediate fabrication, and it is also a story, thus combining the words. Its Dharma is the meaning arranged according to desire. If you ask what it says, it is the sound meaning...
