The reason for saying this is for that reason. Like touch, etc., it is not in other places. This is called a dissimilar example. For example, the sense of touch is not considered to be explained in detail, just like this, this is also the same, this is a concluding word. Like "according to what," etc., it is to eliminate the doubt that the example and what is to be proved are incomplete, and then to answer. Here, like emitting light and receiving a young woman, etc., are not taken as valid cognitions, because the eyes and ears perceive after contact. Because they are external senses, just like the nose, etc. The external senses are to eliminate the errors of the internal mind sense. Similarly, if it is a sense object, because the meaning of severance cannot be determined, just like the nose, etc. To reverse the meaning of the object, it is specifically said, "If it is a sense." Similarly, form and sound are the objects to be taken by the senses that perceive after contact, because they are external sense objects, just like smell and taste. Similarly, the knowledge of form and sound is perceived after contact, so it is the object to be taken by the senses, which can determine the object. Because it can determine external sense objects, just like the knowledge of smell and taste. Here, what is explained to refute is "whatever is external," etc., which is easy to understand. Therefore, for hearing, it is said "having," etc. What was said before was the investigation of the six meanings of words. If it is said that there is no difference and it will change, then it is said "wind," etc. When the winds are only produced with or without, it is said that having and distinguishing are not different. If it is not momentary, then it is not reasonable to have and not have in sequence, because they are the same nature. When reaching the space of the ear, for what was said, it is said "of the ear," etc. Here there are two situations: this wind sometimes becomes a nature that can be determined, or becomes a nature that cannot be determined. For the first situation, when the sound appears, just like a sheep being struck, the wind will also be recognized, thus becoming able to be determined. Or, if two consciousnesses cannot arise simultaneously, then the sound will become clear, the sound low

This itself is reasonable. If it is thought that the wind, as it is experienced, becomes an obstacle to the object of the ear, then it is unreasonable to say that whipping and other winds are experienced when sound is the object. Just as when sound is the object, other winds produced by fans and the like and whipping are experienced, so too should the tactile sensation of the wind that reaches the realm of the ear be reasonable. This refutes the established view that consciousness does not arise simultaneously, explaining that it contradicts direct perception. Nor is it the case that it is mistaken for simultaneous grasping due to the power of rapid arising, because it has already been explained that this would be too extreme. Even if it arises in succession, it depends on being mistaken for simultaneous due to its speed. Even so, it is shown that it is not needed here when taking and discarding, so it is of no use at all, i.e., "even if it arises in succession," etc. If it is said that because consciousness arises quickly, it is mistaken for simultaneous, then it is not correct that everything that is the nature of the object is not an object at all. Just as here, in any case, the wind that reaches the realm of the ear, whether in succession or simultaneously, is not an object. Therefore, saying that consciousness is mistaken for simultaneous due to its speed is of no use at all, it is nonsense. Here, the second view is explained with "If what," etc. The Vaibhashikas are the particularists. According to their view, wind is characterized by touch. The speaker, the mountain dweller, also says that the wind that is not directly perceived, with its wind and distinctions, is invisible when it arises from the direction of the ear canal. Here, the fault is explained: "How is its touch obtained?" Touch is what is touched. Obtaining what is touched is becoming what is touched, which means becoming experienced. This is how it is shown: How is that wind that becomes touch done by the speaker? Just like this, for those who are learning to say that wind becomes sound, when speaking
