Now, the view that "it is valid from itself" is established. If so, then the views of Mind-Only and others spoken by Buddhists and others can rest on the conclusion that "it is not reasonable." If, like the universally applicable cognitive appearance for all things, it is not valid from itself, then why do some Buddhists and others mistakenly understand it? To respond to their doubt that "it is not valid, it is not reasonable," therefore, it is said "therefore" and so on. Just as the sun, whose most brilliant rays eliminate all dimness, appears universally like the common eye of all beings, but due to being in accordance with the faults of one's own karma, the pot and other things produced by unclear eyes cannot enter the path of vision, so too, those like the sons of Shakya, whose eye of wisdom is obscured by non-Dharma, even though abiding in the single eye of all cognitive worlds, are said to establish contradiction, so it is said. The word "lo" here indicates displeasure. To clarify this, "twice-born" and so on are said. The word "speech of a person" is synonymous with even as much as Rahu and Tala. For those who say that "being separated from the cause of error—faults—is the cause of non-reversed wisdom," temporarily conceding that the reason is established, to show uncertainty, it is said "even without an author" and so on. Here, "these" refers to hearing. Just as seeing those with desire and so on speak falsely, from concomitance and contraposition it is determined that false speech is the cause of faults, so too, because seeing those with qualities such as love speak truthfully, qualities such as love are also the cause of truth, therefore, just like error, because the cause is error, truth will also be reversed, so even if it is not made by a person, it will not be established as having the meaning of truth, therefore the reason is uncertain. Furthermore, how is it determined to have qualities? So it is said "is there merit?" and so on. What you say is the cause without fault is

It is said that even for that which is the cause of truth itself, it is possible to be without merit. Therefore, concluding with "therefore" etc., it shows the fault that truth itself and falsehood itself do not exist through the way of not observing the cause. Among them, wisdom etc. are the cause of truth itself. The cause of falsehood itself is mercilessness etc., connect in order. "Those two" refers to truth itself and falsehood itself. It shows what kind of fault will result from the non-existence of the two, namely: "Therefore, meaninglessness will be obtained", etc. Just like the mad words of a madman such as "six loads and ten apples" etc., you Buddhists, if you establish that the statement is meaningless, it will be harmed by seeing it. For example, if the meaning is obviously experienced from the statement "burning in fire will be reborn in heaven", then how can it be abandoned? In order to meet this doubt and eliminate the opportunity for others to speak, namely: "This is", etc. Thinking like this in the mind: If one were to establish that the statement is meaningless by one's own system, then it would harm the vow. Because this is only establishing a fault, and if it is such a fault, it is also impossible to harm the vow, because for it, there is nothing to be promised. Even if the universal dharma is reversed, if one does not want the universal thing to be reversed, then it is merely showing the contradiction of words due to the unwillingness to descend upon others. For this, there is also no harm from seeing, for example, due to the power of the words spoken by a person, this understanding arises for the meaningless proof etc. For example, if some people who do not understand say that through the language of the proof such as "burning in fire will be reborn in heaven" etc., the actions of Bharata and the goddess etc. are expressed, then afterwards, merely understanding that meaning from that sentence, that is not that meaning is in accordance with meaning, similarly, due to the proof of self-nature meaninglessness, this understanding will also arise, therefore, from where does the harm of seeing to the vow arise?
