It is because the wind gradually enters. The clarity itself is also reasonable, because it possesses the distinction of power. It is also inferior because it is destructible. The sound of "etc." should also be added with the distinction from above. It is reasonable. If it is said: In the aspect of space being the ear, because it is pervasive, even if it exists far away. Etc., perfecting the ear, haven't many faults been pointed out before? So, how is it explained? The answer is: The ear is perfected. If it is said like this, it is said not to be devoured by ghosts etc. Therefore, it shows that because there is no commitment, the faults existing in that aspect are not established. Space is not without parts, this sentence is connected with the commitment. From where is it known? Because the Victorious Samkhya school prohibits it. The Victorious ones, that is, those worthy of offering, and the Samkhyas, prohibit space from being without parts. Practitioners also do not use things that are famous in other schools as names, because whatever cannot be established by reason, they do not commit to. If it is not like this, then for the ear famous to the Victorious ones and the Samkhyas, committing to being the nature of space, there is no fault. Or, becoming other things, refers to the name Ear Dragon. The meaning of the fruit is to be understood. That is, the holder of sound cannot be other, so it needs to be understood. If it is not like this, the practitioner himself will decline. Or, in order to show that there is no fault in the aspect of indivisible space being the ear, so it is said whatever etc. If it is said, pervasiveness itself and oneness itself, the word ear is the remainder. Even so, for beings, only the support of sound, that is, perfecting the Ear Dragon, becoming like that, that is what understands sound, not others. This shows that it is only perfecting the support, not the ear, because that support is different for each being, so it will be thought that it will fall into the faults said before. If perfecting the ear also has no fault, this is to show, if it is said like this, the support is the Ear Dragon, perfecting the ear through perfecting it.

It is not just that. Therefore, because the support is not perfect, the ears of the deaf and those who are far away, as well as those who are absent-minded, and those who are asleep, and those who are fainting, cannot hear, and the orifices of the ears are not perfect, wherever there is a gap, it is called that place. The nature of the support refers to the origin of Tas in the seventh sense. If it is only the support of sound, or is it not that the root gate of its object is not perfect? Why is it that when there is an object in either direction, the root gates of all sentient beings do not become perfect supports? Because it has reached the object of the ear. And so on have been stated. If only sound makes the support perfect? Or it is also possible that the root gate of its object is perfect, even so, because it is an encounter, it is to perfect the thing of the perfect support, but not for the unencountered, therefore it is not the perfection of the support of all men and so on. Saying that the ear is perfect is an approximate metaphor, and the perfect support will not change either. In some places, it is also thought that it has not reached the ear, there, relying on the door of perfect support to make the ear perfect, the answer has been stated earlier. Now, even if it is not relying on the door of perfect support to make the ear perfect, even so there is no fault, in this way the wind reaches the root of the eardrum, it can make the ear perfect, but not the one that has not reached, therefore it is stating other aspects. Therefore, it refers to summarizing. However, and so on, for the three aspects mentioned immediately, it is also suspected that others will blame, because on one ear, perfection and imperfection are two contradictory dharmas, which are not allowed. Perfection on one, because there is no difference, is perfection for all bodies, therefore for saying one root gate, the ears of the deaf and so on will also be understood. If so, it will not be established as deaf and so on. Purusha, and so on, is to give an answer, Purusha refers to me, even if it reaches everywhere, the body itself that is completely grasped by Dharma and non-Dharma knows.
