Other 'ga' apart from the letter 'ga', because that mind cannot cognize it, it is because it has not grasped it. Like the sleep of universal discrimination. The saying 'because there is no generality of generalities' is because it is an established tenet. For the sake of the letter, this should also be established. The saying 'negation of sleep' is the remaining part. The combination for this is that whatever is a letter is not the basis of extremely different sleep, like the letter 'kha' etc. This letter 'ga' is also a letter, this is because it is specifically designated by contradiction, because it contradicts the basis of sleep, so it pervades the letter. Here it is explained that the established pledge is not contradictory to what is seen, that is, it is said 'rejection is also' etc. 'Rejection' means different. 'What is seen' is direct perception. Some think that for Buddhists, establishment is the means of establishment, like this, the single consciousness is considered to have the reason for eliminating others, but not with the reason of different sleep. If so, even if different sleep is prevented, the single letter cannot be established with the single consciousness, because it has the reason for eliminating others. For this doubt, it is said 'established from both' etc. Why completely abandon the nature of the letter established on both, and say the discriminated nature of eliminating others, permanence, uniqueness and pervasiveness etc.? Because it is to explain that the dharma of the lineage exists. Whatever is only established on both is worth discriminating, otherwise, if one speculates on what is unseen, it will be too much. Therefore, because it is the same letter, the same consciousness of recognition will arise closely. If so, how will the consciousness of difference such as fast, slow and intermediate arise? Therefore it is said 'the difference of manifestation' etc. What manifests is the possessor arising from the wind.
