Because there is no obstruction, just as a collection of desired fruits appears simultaneously, everything arises at once, that is its meaning. To this, This is the measure that harms it. Or this is merely stating the meaning. The reductio ad absurdum is done like this: Whatever does not lack causes and conditions, that is definitely produced, for example, just as a sprout that does not lack causes and conditions arises from a collection that has reached the final stage. Because the beings with the cause of Īśvara do not lack causes and conditions in all places, they will arise simultaneously. If you think that Īśvara is merely the cause, but it depends on other causes that act together, such as dharma and non-dharma, because Īśvara is the cause of causes. Therefore, if you think that because other causes such as dharma are not complete, the very fact that causes and conditions are not lacking is not established. That is not correct, if only its co-actors can confer benefit, then it depends on the co-actors. As long as it is permanent, because others cannot make even the slightest difference, why depend on those things that do not confer such benefits, since what is to be obtained from the co-actors is not obtained? Furthermore, in any case, all your co-actors also depend on Īśvara, because they are always close due to their nature of being born, how can it be an unestablished reason? It is also not uncertain, because the very fact that causes and conditions are not lacking will fall into the fault of decline. If causes and conditions are not lacking and also do not arise, because there is no difference, it will fall into the fault of not arising from everything. The elucidator says: The permanent things called Īśvara, although the causes and conditions are not lacking and are always close, they do not arise simultaneously, because Īśvara acts after considering beforehand. Because if Īśvara merely exists, and also produces things without prior consideration, then at that time it would become that criticism, when acting after prior consideration, there is no fault, because that is because it acts on the fruits with its own intention.

No. Therefore, this reason is uncertain. They say so. This is also unreasonable. Because, the so-called Isvara, as a cause, its power is unimpeded, although it is constantly present, but because there is no his will, so it will not produce results, and the production and non-production of fruits does not depend on the presence or absence of the will of the cause. Then what is it? Things follow the presence or absence of the power that exists from the cause. For example, even if the maker has the will, he cannot produce incompetent things, and even if he does not have the will, seeds and so on can produce things by virtue of their power. If Isvara, as a cause, has the unimpeded and constant power of things at the time of fruit production, then why can't it be produced simultaneously at the time of production? This is because it depends on his will not to produce an effect. If they arise simultaneously, then they themselves indicate that the cause is not incomplete, then how can it depend on the will? Isvara, who has no other help, is also without any dependence. Furthermore, there is no other will other than wisdom. And you think that Isvara's wisdom is constant and unique. If so, does Isvara have wisdom first, or wisdom later? And why can't things arise simultaneously? Because like Isvara, his wisdom is also constantly present. Whenever, if it is admitted that his wisdom is impermanent, then the existence of Isvara is like Isvara, it is also constantly present, this fault still exists. Therefore, just because there is no difference in wisdom, the reason is not uncertain. It is also not contradictory, because it exists on the conforming side. It is also not so existing, therefore, the rebuttal statement is: anything that does not change at any time, then its cause is not incomplete at that time, for example, the state of the seed existing in the ashes, is not a sprout that is growing. Even when one thing arises, not all things arise simultaneously, this is universally Invisible.
