Since it is permanent, there is not even a little cause. Therefore, it is taught as having life. The term "others" refers to logicians and so on. "Power" refers to Ishvara. Some say that Ishvara possesses special qualities and is the creator of all beings, the all-knowing. Others say that it is a single, eternal self, different from me, possessing intelligence that encompasses all things, and is a different entity because of its different qualities. But aren't dharma, non-dharma, and atoms, etc., the causes of beings? Why do others consider Ishvara to be the cause? Therefore, it is said, "Without mind, by itself." Although dharma and so on are causes, they are without mind, so without a blessing, they cannot create their own results by themselves. Therefore, some blessing must become the agent. Because some who are without mind are not seen as independent and blessing. The argument is that whatever is without mind cannot produce its own fruit without a blessing, just like a pot made of clay, clay, water, and thread without a potter. Dharma and so on are also without mind, which is the opposite of pervasion. Therefore, it can be established that whoever is a blessing is Ishvara. In this way, dharma and non-dharma and so on are not meaningless, because Ishvara is the cause of the cause. If someone thinks that the self that gathers dharma and non-dharma is the blessing, then what is the point of examining Ishvara? This idea is also incorrect, because that self is unconscious at that time. Because as long as the collection of causes and effects such as the body and senses has not arisen, it is unconscious, and even if it can be observed, if the objects of form and so on are not observed, how can the unobservable dharma and non-dharma be observed?

Translation: As it is said: Does this being have knowledge? I have no autonomy over my happiness and suffering. Sent by the Lord, either to the high heavens, or only to fall into the abyss. Thus it is said. Regarding this, the one named 'Pervasive' (rnam phug pa), in establishing the Lord, sets forth two kinds of valid cognition, saying 'the part that makes itself,' etc., thus saying: That which is apprehended by two faculties and that which is not apprehended, having become the basis of dissimilar consciousness, is that which has a conscious cause preceding it, because it possesses the distinction of the shape of the part that makes itself, like a pot, etc. The dissimilar dharma is like an atom. Thus it is said. Therein, the meaning of seeing and touching, the great that is apprehended by those two faculties, and possessing many things, and possessing the cause of the object such as form, therefore the three things named earth, water, and fire, are what is apprehended by the faculties of seeing and touching, which are apprehended by two faculties, while wind, etc., are not apprehended. Why? Because greatness itself and possessing many things and form and aggregation, etc., are considered the cause of the object, but that is not present in wind, etc. As it is said: Greatness and many things are objects because they possess form, and because they are form, but wind is not an object because it does not possess form. That which possesses form is form and aggregation. The second atom, etc., is not an object, because it is not great, thus it is said. Therein, if one generally establishes that which is apprehended by two faculties and that which is not apprehended and that which possesses a cause preceding it, then there is the fault of establishing what is already established, because pot, etc., is already established on both, therefore there is no dispute, and because of being harmed by what has been promised, and because atom and space, etc., have not been promised in that way. Those also, because they are permanent, are harmed by direct perception, etc. Therefore, for the sake of that meaning, it is said to be the basis of dissimilar consciousness, the variety of consciousness is dissimilar, which is the synonym called wrong conception. That which has become the basis of this

It means that it is the basis of dispute. If so, then the body, senses, and places themselves are included in one side. There is no fault in being too much for atoms, etc. If only the cause is proved to precede, then it will become established upon establishment, so it is said to be the cause of having wisdom. For the Samkhya school, the meaning of having is unreasonable, and it is not established when it is established. The wisdom of the Samkhya school considers that it is not different from the self-nature, then it itself is not possessed by it. The shape of the part that makes itself should be combined with the nature of accumulation. That which has special characteristics is decisive. Because that is, that is why. The peculiarity of the partial structure itself is confused because of cows, etc. Therefore, it is said to be self-made. The cows themselves are the shape of the part of the material composition that has become special, but it is not the special shape of the part that makes itself. Therefore, whoever has wisdom is the Lord. This measure is shown by the two verses such as self-made. The specialty of the shape of the part that makes itself is specialized, and that exists here, it is called that, which means it is specialized. This shows the specialty of the cause, and in order to show the pervasion of the same kind, etc., it is said to hold the two roots, etc. The place of dispute is the meaning of being the basis of dispute. In order to show the second measure he said. Thus the cause of the body, etc. It is said that the body, etc., if the proximate cause of the body, etc., the atoms, etc. are blessed by the cause of consciousness, then it is combined with its own fruit. Having form, etc., is the cause. Like the nasal passages, etc., is a metaphor. For example, the proximate cause of the body, place, and senses, those blessed by consciousness, are the fruits of making pus, we know, because they have form, etc.,
