If someone uses "it is pottery" to express something, then for many people who do not understand the situation, they will see that "it is a vase" is used to express it. For so many meanings, they follow the previous statement and generate conceptual thoughts related to desire. Therefore, just as sounds like "vase" express special meanings, so do sounds like "measurable," which is demonstrated through words like "therefore." After saying things like "even if clearly understood," they also say things like "what is intended to be expressed." If asked what the thing itself that is intended to be expressed is, then because of "is," we consider it to be the meaning of the sound, not something that does not exist. Therefore, when understanding it, it indirectly excludes what is not intended to be expressed, because it is merely understanding the opposite, so for the establishment of the meaning of sound, it is not non-pervasive. The teacher, considering the place of doubt for the ignorant, examines the non-knowable, then distinguishes them, thereby inferring the knowable, thus he said. Because the form of knowledge is prevented, therefore he said things like "in order to know oneself," in the word "cannot," the word "do" is redundant. If asked how it is established as the form of knowing oneself, then he said things like "without an object," even in dreams and so on, there is no object even though there is no meaning, because the fabricated knowledge that completely grasps the form of meaning, until fainting, is established very clearly in the way of self-awareness. Things that exist in other places and times are established in one's own essence. Things that exist in other places and times do not have its essence in one's own essence. It is also not the case that other things are correctly cognized by the essence of other things, because it would become too excessive. Furthermore, even if it is the same as the essence of the cognizer, knowledge will be distinguished, such as on different things, this is the category of blue, not the category of yellow. You must acknowledge some difference made by the nature of cognition. After acknowledging it, you also indirectly acknowledge knowledge with form.

It will inevitably be admitted as self-nature, because apart from appearance, it is impossible to determine other differences in self-nature. Therefore, what you call the difference of self-nature, we express with other words, such as appearance and manifestation, so it is just a dispute over names. Such words, etc. Such as, etc., because this is like this, not like that, like this establishing other appearances, using words such as, etc. to distinguish, this is very clear, so the meaning of the words is different and not universal. Thus, refuting the faults spoken by Kumāralī, now we will refute what was said by the light maker. For this, what is the meaning of all words, what needs to be distinguished and understood? For what he said, he said words, etc. For this, also like words, etc., because it does not combine with the only all, so it always combines with what remains in language, so the place of doubt of wisdom and ignorance should be dispelled. Wanting to establish is wanting to express. What is the meaning of wanting to express? He said all dharmas, etc. What part should be considered? It is external, etc. If it is not one, etc. all? For, etc., negating all parts, he said, etc. If you want to express the words that remain in the language combined with words, wanting to express the negation of all parts, then, at that time, it will eliminate its own meaning, because the place of doubt of wisdom and ignorance should be dispelled, how can it fall into the fault of slandering its own meaning? Similarly, for words such as two, etc., it should also be said like this. Also, what is that, is it a thing or a non-thing? For what was said, etc., he said the eliminated thing, etc. Why is it not the first? He said how this is determined, etc. Because this is due to confusion and outward
