Therefore. Because this exists, it is called such. The possessor of limbs, which is different from the qualities and limbs that have become like this, is not perceived. The qualities such as whiteness of the substance that possesses the characteristics of felt and the like, and the limbs such as threads, which have become different entities from them, do not appear to the consciousness of the eye and the like anywhere. Therefore, here, because the substance that has become different from the qualities is not perceived, It refutes the statement of qualities and possessor of qualities, and because the possessor of limbs other than limbs is not perceived, it refutes the statement of possessor of limbs. The inference is that whatever has the nature of being perceived, wherever it is not perceived, it does not exist there, just as pots and the like are not perceived in some places. In that place, the appearance of qualities and limbs transformed into different entities, that is, the possessor of qualities and the possessor of limbs that are desired to be manifested, is also not perceived, which is called the non-perception of self-nature. It is also not an unestablished reason, because it is said that greatness and possession of many substances, and form are perceptible, because it is desired to be manifested as perceptible. When approaching transformation and encountering, the clarifying sentences and the like, and the non-appearance and the like, show that the reason is not established. They say: The possessor of qualities other than qualities is truly perceptible, only because even if the qualities such as its form are not grasped, it can still be grasped. Thus, approaching transformation, in the approaching situation, the white quality of the crystal mountain, although not perceived, is still visible. Water gulls and the like, even when appearing little by little at night, although the form of the beings belonging to them is not seen, it is only grasped. Likewise, for a man covered with torn clothes between his body and feet, even if the blue and other colors of him are not grasped, the recognition that he is a man arises. Red clothes such as turmeric and saffron, although not overwhelmed by the essence mixed with their essence, are still transformed into the thought of clothes. Therefore, for the time being, it has been shown that qualities and possessor of qualities are different by direct perception. Now also by inference.

To show that it has been established, it is said 'lotus etc.,' meaning and so on. From lotus etc., form etc. are qualities, like the form of a lotus etc. The lotus etc. distinguish form etc., for example, saying 'a black horse,' using black to distinguish the horse from other owners, just as the horse is different from the owner. Similarly, other combinations, such as the substances of earth, water, fire, and wind, are separately different from the qualities of form, taste, smell, and touch, because they are the object of a singular word and multiple words. Like the moon and stars. Because 'moon' is called a singular word, and 'stars' is called multiple words. Just as the moon and stars are considered different reasons, here too, 'earth' is called a singular word. 'Form, taste, smell, touch' etc. are called multiple words. Similarly, water etc. should also be applied in the same way. Different stars are kings etc. Thus, after arguing that qualities and those with qualities are different, in order to argue that limbs and those with limbs are different, it is said 'Similarly, wool and cotton thread are different' etc. The combinations are: wool is different from cotton thread, which is the object of use, because the maker is different, like pots etc. Cotton thread and wool are different because the abilities are different, like poison and antidote. Also because of the order of time, like father and son. Because the measure is different, like উৎপལ་ (藏文,梵文天城体,utpala, blue lotus) and སྐྱུ་རུ་ར (藏文,梵文天城体,āmalaki,Indian gooseberry) and བིལ་བ (藏文,梵文天城体,bilva, bael fruit) etc. In order to prove the universality of these, it is said 'because it possesses contradictory properties,' the reason why things are mutually different is merely possessing contradictory properties, like pillars etc. This also exists in those with limbs, for example, the maker of cotton thread is a woman, while the maker of wool is a weaver. Wool is capable of the result of warding off cold etc., while cotton thread is not. Cotton thread is observed first, because it appears earlier in time. Wool is woven later.
