Some are virtuous and non-virtuous. Their fruit is desirable and undesirable. Their connection is the characteristic of the nature of being produced and causing to be produced. Their establishment is the synonym for truly existing and being called "name." The word "etc." includes mindfulness, recognition, doubt, certainty, self-acceptance of teachings, being unastonished by seeing meaning, the objects of cause and effect, as well as the measure that recognizes them, bondage, and the establishment of liberation, etc. These should be understood. The word is combined as the basis of these. Regarding this, the Bhagavan said: Bhikshus, here there is karma, there is fruit. Except for what is designated as dharma, the agent who abandons this aggregate and takes another aggregate is not visible. Regarding this, what is designated as dharma is this, for example, when this exists, this arises, and so on. This shows the examination of the relationship between karma and fruit. This dependent origination should also be observed in the aggregates, elements, and sources, because they themselves arise from dependence. However, do substances, qualities, actions, etc., truly exist? Why are they not those? Qualities, etc., are spoken of. Quality, substance, action, genus, collection, thus distinguishing. The word "genus" includes both pervasive and minor generalities. The word "etc." includes the differences in the nature of examination, that is, those who speak of certain dharmas that are different from the dharma-nature, for example, the existence itself of the six meanings of words is the object of a measure with an object, like this and so on, these should be understood. Qualities, etc., are also it, and are difference, that is, also special. This is the collection of specialities. Emptiness is the meaning of separation. Regarding this, the Bhagavan said this: Brahmin, all all, refers to the five aggregates, twelve sources, eighteen realms, etc. This shows the examination of the six meanings of words. However, if there is no difference, then how

Thus, dependent arising is objectified by sounds and conceptualizations. If they are not objectified, they cannot be expressed. If there is no distinction, then sounds and conceptualizations do not arise either. So how is this taught by the Blessed One? It is said that imputed characteristics and so on are mentioned. Imputation refers to the nature of the imputed characteristic in the external realm, where the object of sound and consciousness exists, and that is called 'that.' Dependent arising, where the imputed characteristic is the object of sound and the object of consciousness, is called 'that.' Consciousness is considered to be the distinction of consciousness, which is the nature of inner expression, because it is close to sound. They are together in the same realm because there is no confusion. Therefore, it is taught in this way: Although there is no difference, the nature of the external realm that comes from the gate of seeing mutually contradictory things, clinging to the nature of the image of conceptualization, the meaning of sound lies in this. Here, the object of sounds is not the ultimate truth, because it transcends all conceptualizations. However, in the world, if there is no distinction, just as the meaning of a beloved sound is established, so too the Blessed One abandons the meaning of suchness, and in the manner of an elephant, for the sake of entering the meaning of the ultimate truth, teaches in conventional terms, because there is no other means. Even if it has the characteristic of imputation, it is because the meaning of sound is related to things through transmission. Because there is a cause for realizing it, such things will naturally be realized, so it is impossible to deceive. On this, the protector said: 'Name is what and what, Dharma is what and what is said, that is the Dharma nature of all Dharmas, that is not in that.' Thus it is said. This shows the examination of the meaning of sound. Furthermore, is this like the things that are completely conceived by non-Buddhists, because it lacks the wealth of valid cognition that can realize it, and only the composition of word structures is the essence? Or, the realization of this
