It should be known that there is nothing, and that things other than self-nature are all returning from what is not pervasive. That which is grasped itself will give rise to such discrimination. If the individual is not grasped, and the other party thinks there is a generality, then in the knowledge with discrimination, if grasping, it is the same there. The individual arising from the individual, if it is considered as a generality, it will become a discriminating consciousness because of grasping. If it is thought that what is grasped is without individuality, then it is said that the generality arises from the return. Therefore, it is unreasonable for the generality not to be the individual arising from the individual. By means of the same and different natures, one wants to know that these are knowable, and examines in detail with self-nature that exists in generality and individuality. If it is thought that the same and different dharmas are different, then the individual arising from the individual will itself become the same as the generality. Or if these are not distinguished, and they exist in this way without mixing, there is no other action by existing by abandoning each other. Returning from the individual self-nature, there is no other characteristic by distinguishing. If its nature is not grasped, how can it be said to be grasped? Even if one touches its object, this consciousness called "grasping" which returns from difference and otherness will become discriminating. Because generality has no object, what is used to recognize the individual? Therefore, for you, that will also become the object of discriminating knowledge. If the individual is distinguished by name, what is it? Is it its self-nature? If not, it is also an individual, why not think of it as an individual? This is not its self-nature, it is also the individual of things. For you, how is the generality of no-thing not an individual? Therefore, for one's own characteristics, knowledge will arise slightly. Those with the object of returning things will all become impermanent. Knowledge arising only through the object is without discrimination. The similar knowledge of children, deaf-mutes, etc., is neither individual nor general. When the object is pure, one will experience the arising. The clarity itself, which is the basis of those, will become discrimination. Apart from that, how do the dharmas of things such as caste exist? What is the wisdom that determines it? That is also direct perception.

Also wish so. Repeatedly engaging in conceptualization, as long as there are things that are clung to, follow in connection with them, wishing everything to be directly perceived. From appearance, entering into the household, one cannot see the meaning in an instant. Even if done, can the senses not understand? Just as in the instant of appearance, first recognize one's own essence, and then through categories and other dharmas, one can definitely understand it. If focusing on this, closing the eyes, and a certain conceptualization arises, since it is not a related following, it is considered to be directly perceived. If it is said to be unreasonable, even if knowledge enters into its own characteristics, it still clings to categories and so on, but that expression is entering. Even so, this characteristic of oneself, as mentioned before, is not the object to be expressed. Therefore, the knowledge focused on this is also definitely without conceptualization. Even if only clinging to categories, the difference is different in one. The other party also says so, wishing so. When from things with differences, in one difference they are different. How does the wisdom of self-nature, which agrees with oneself and subsequent things, arise from things with differences? Possessing the nature of self and commonality, one knowledge is not reasonable for categories. After understanding and becoming other, the previous category will also become other. If categories and so on are with understanding, not different in one, because of clinging to the meaning that is cut off, the later is the same as the wisdom of recollection. If through common things, one does not understand clearly, then it is not the same as this, in certainty, the later one is certain. Cutting off superimpositions, how does one infer on the object, similarly, the determiner also cuts off the superimpositions on the object. Cutting off superimpositions, with the object itself is not valid cognition, inference is valid cognition. Recollection is of direct perception, through eliminating subsequent superimpositions and so on. The knowledge arising from the sign is considered valid cognition, but you do not have it. If it is not the nature of that and other, categories and so on do not exist, then the knowledge with conceptualization will not become direct perception. From the difference without subsequence, it will not appear as difference. That and other, abandoning each other and existing, the knowledge without conceptualization also possesses the ability of understanding knowledge. Terminology
