This is to say that it should be understood in a way that is acceptable by measurement. If it is said that meditation is conceptual thought, and conceptual thought is also objectified by non-things, then how can things become clear in it? How can conceptual thought also become non-conceptual thought? How can the momentary mind also become one-pointed? What is the difference and by what is it done? If it is said that all those who are liberated from being separated from attachment, etc., are not reasonable, then it should be said that although conceptual thought is objectified by non-things, it is particularly attached to things, so only things will be eliminated here from meditation. Conceptual thought alone is not non-conceptual, but non-conceptual thought arises from conceptual thought. Meditators have also proved this appearance of non-conceptual thought through experience. There is nothing that is said to be unreasonable in seeing. Although the mind is momentary, it is said to be one-pointed because it is constantly held by similar moments. Because it is momentary, the difference is also reasonable, but it is not the same as being constant, because the constant is not something that depends on difference. As it is said: "Whatever is indestructible by nature, the wise say is constant. Whatever is its power or powerlessness, whatever abides by its own nature, Because it is constant, it does not need to be healed, what is the use if it is exhausted?" If it is said that it is unreasonable to say that sentient beings are liberated from being separated from attachment, etc., because sentient beings can feel happiness and suffering from benefit and harm, it is unreasonable. The body is not the cause of attachment, etc., but ignorance, that is, thinking that impermanence is permanent, that selflessness is self, that suffering is happiness, and that impurity is pure, clinging to the false nature of these four inversions. That is why one becomes greedy for happiness in objects. It is only seeing "I" as constant. The cause of wanting to obtain happiness, etc., will also become the action of "I". The universal attachment to these phenomena is desire. And related to this are hatred, etc.
