I am of the nature of having the aspect of destruction, this is the reason of self-nature. If all things are of the nature of momentary destruction, then how can one recognize "that is this"? It should be said: From the arising of other similar uninterrupted things, and from being bound by ignorance. When the previous moment is destroyed, another moment similar to it arises. Therefore, since there is no difference in form and the thing is not interrupted, even if they are different, the thought of clinging to "that is this" as not different arises strongly in ordinary people. Even for kusha grass, kasha grass, hair, etc., which are completely different, cut off and then regrown, the thought of "that is this" is seen. Likewise, why is it not possible here? Therefore, the view that "all conditioned things are momentary" is completely established. This is the formulation of the reason of non-differentiated self-nature. Similarly, there is another non-differentiated formulation: Whatever exists is impermanent, like a pot. All things that are established by valid cognition are also existent. Similarly, in order to establish the view that "it is made by a knowing person," there is another reason of self-nature: Whatever exists is made by a knowing person, like a chariot. Just like saying "in order to obtain heaven, one should burn offerings in the fire," this is like saying it is a good speech. The formulation with differences is, for example: Whatever has birth is impermanent, like a pot. Sound also has birth. A thing that is different from the unborn is considered to be born, and when it disappears, when it disappears, it is completely different from other things, so the birth of a thing is considered to be different. At that time, the dharma that becomes a different self-nature by imputation is the reason of self-nature with differences. Similarly, the formulation with different differences is: Whatever is made is impermanent, like a pot. Sound is also made. Then, is "the cow is angry" not a formulation with different differences? Just as the sound of anger can express different differences, for the sound of making...
