It should be said in this way. Furthermore, to further illustrate other reasons, for example, if one mentions mind, sound, and the function of things, etc. Mind is knowledge, and sound is speech. The function of things is capacity, and whatever it acts upon, that is what is used as the name of "existent." For things that do not act, the name of "non-existent" is used, which is like the previous view. The latter view is, for example, mentioning things that appear to the mind as previously stated, etc. Any manifest consciousness that acts as the nature previously stated becomes the name of "existent." And those objects of knowledge that do not act are the name of "non-existent." What is said to appear to the mind as previously stated refers to the grasping of meaning that appears manifestly as being separate from distinctions, with each appearing as the nature of non-self. The term "its object" refers to the object of the mind as previously stated. To illustrate the reason for using inference as the name of "existent," for example, "not an object of direct perception," etc., is mentioned. For things that direct perception does not act upon, the knowledge arising from certain signs also uses the name of "existent," etc. For things that inference does not act upon, one should not use the name of "non-existent," because it is uncertain. The phrase "contrary to this" indicates that the absence of inference itself is shown to be uncertain. For example, "the meaning of an eon," etc., is mentioned. Any meaning of the senses is not established as non-existent from the opposite of direct perception or inference, because it generates doubt. Therefore, sometimes when the mind acts, it establishes the name of "non-existent," and establishing the name of "non-existent" from the opposite is not refuting everything and everything non-existent, such as "all minds and sounds are," etc. It is not possible to establish "existent" solely from mind and sound, because the difference and non-difference of mind and sound cannot establish the difference and non-difference of things. For things upon which the mind acts in different ways, not all things become different, or for a way without difference, things

It is not to make it different, so one should also look at the sound in that way. If you ask what reason cannot establish it, it is said like "already past" etc. Due to the power of ignorance, those past and future etc., by the power of the complete ripening of karmic imprints, it is seen that some definite mind and sound are used as names. The sound of "etc." includes rabbit horns etc. Because it performs the function of multiple and single meanings, it is able to perform multiple functions and single functions, thus combining the words. Although there is no object, but to eliminate that itself, it is said "to eliminate", this is to eliminate the function of performing multiple and single meanings. The so-called "multiple and single self-nature objects" means that multiple self-nature and single self-nature, because mind and sound are used on multiple and single self-nature. This is to explain that the object that performs multiple meaning functions appears to perform multiple meaning functions, and although there are no multiple objects, because the nature of multiple objects, mind and sound are seen, so for the object that performs a single function, it also appears to perform a single function. Even if there is no single self-nature, it is because the nature of the single self-nature object, mind and sound are seen. Entering the non-existence of past and future etc. is to establish that objects do not exist, the objects that perform multiple meaning functions enter the single self-nature, it is not to understand that there are no different objects. The objects that perform meaning functions enter the single self-nature, it is not to establish that there are no different objects, the so-called mind and sound are the collective meaning. Giving an example, it is said "respected by many kings" etc. The so-called "created into a lineage" etc. is to produce. Therefore, it means "born into a royal family". This is to illustrate the example of entering the past. The so-called "Chakravartin conch" etc., as stated in the scriptures, is many kings.
