Please establish them separately. Since cause and effect are admitted to exist from beginningless time, there is not even the slightest fault in becoming a self-nature continuum. This is the remainder after the transformation. If it is not so, it should not be examined, because it would lead to the fault of having no cause. Therefore, you think that this is a doubt about what is unfavorable to you. Or, this treatise should be explained in another way: if there is existence without distinction, then will everything arise from everything? It should not be refuted and examined, because what arises from anything will arise differently from its own nature, because it depends on the respective determined abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to express confidence in one's own tenets, and I think that some things that aim at their respective determined abilities are driven by wisdom, which is the view of the Sutra school. It is also mentioned that "even if it does not exist, it will arise," etc., and the distinction of words is the same as before. The connection is that the ability of the cause of whatever arises exists in it, such as an excellent particularity. The particularity of the effect also exists in the ability of the cause of production, which is the reason for self-nature. Similarly, whatever does not have the ability of the cause of production, then it will not arise, just as ghee pervades sesame. Similarly, the particularity of the effect and the particularity of the cause do not have the ability of the cause of production, which is the invisible pervasion. Furthermore, the sign of the establishment of the Samkhya school is that because it is not without cause, and it holds the proximate cause, everything is possible, and the ability is the cause of having ability, and it is the substance of the cause, so the effect exists, etc., all of which are meaningless. For some things that need to be established, doubts and inversions arise, and by cutting off these doubts and inversions, definite wisdom will arise, and the essence of the refutation of all established things is doubt and inversion, and after the definite wisdom of whatever is established arises, it will follow accordingly. These two are impossible in the Samkhya school's treatise, because the effect exists and abides in birth.

Because arising and destruction are unreasonable. If it is said that although it exists, it is not obvious, and this, as the cause of establishing certainty, is another method of clarification other than words, so it is not without result. The answer is: whatever is the characteristic of being able to clarify certain differences, that is the nature of the certainty to be established. Like what, the arising of non-existence, how can it arise for the difference of the cause of establishment previously mentioned? Even if it arises, it will lead to all the differences, the certainty to be established without omission, the appearance of obvious characteristics, being the same as the arising of all other causes of establishment and similar causes of establishment. The opponent believes that for the cognition of fire, etc., the object of the reason of smoke, etc., will also surely be able to manifest obvious results, this is its meaning. Because it has already been promised to be obvious, it is said that way. However, if this changing nature has the characteristic of its own nature together with the place of action, and the characteristic of the other arising of nature, then if a consciousness arises for its object, its own nature will not change, because it has the ability to establish others. If it is said that change is the destruction of the former nature and the arising of the nature of the non-former, then saying that there is no result is established, because change is the characteristic of the former and latter nature being obtained here. Because sentient beings are one, others will not become the object of their consciousness. The so-called other is that it is not suitable to clarify its nature. If it is said that the nature is other-born, then if it does not arise slightly close to the other, because the characteristics are inconsistent, the third thing to be clarified is also impossible to exist, then the second will become the fault of complete abandonment. For its object and consciousness, etc., also because it has become something of other meaning, it is unreasonable to be reversed. Not benefiting consciousness will not become an object, because it itself is the benefactor. Therefore, relying on the sign of that birth, what one wants to establish will surely appear obvious, relying on the certainty of what one wants to establish by the cause of establishment, the consciousness arising from one's own object will become stable, relying on the difference of the state.
