The pervasion and exclusion established by valid cognition, therefore, the subsequent concomitance and exclusion are necessarily reasonable. The subject (dharmin) is for the purpose of establishing the entity that exists in sound, etc., which possesses the distinctions that one wishes to know, because it establishes the entity. The valid cognition that establishes the property of the subject also expresses the meaning of existence, and this also explains that the property of the subject is necessarily possessed. How is it that what is said to exist in the subject, which establishes the pervasion, encompasses all external pervasions? Here, examples are given, such as saying "for example," etc. This is to explain that the pervasion that summarizes the meaning with "all is impermanent" is shown. What is the meaning? It is to dispel wrong conceptions. Thus, some people think that this is only to show the difference within the category that is similar to the homogeneous category, but this wrong conception is also unreasonable, because pervasion arises from the power of the entity. Previously, pervasion was established by what is to be established, and later it was shown to exist in the property. Like this, is there a definite order here, or is there not? To this, "also" etc. are said, and whatever one wishes to establish as a part of the proof, that is only it. The word "also" has a definite meaning, and it should be used with "not." The meaning is that there is no such definite order for this. Why? Because there is no difference between the two in establishing the desired meaning. Saying the establishment of pervasion precedes saying that it exists in the subject, and saying that it exists in the subject precedes saying the establishment of pervasion, there is no difference for establishing the meaning of what is to be established. What does the determination of order depend on? If it is for the purpose of establishing what is to be established, then how is the connection of similar properties established? If there is no reason, it does not arise, this is being shown, but it is not what is to be established. Similarly, with the connection of dissimilar properties, if there is nothing to be established, it shows that there is no reason, but it is not that if there is no reason, there is nothing to be established. Why? Because it shows what is to be established and that without which it does not arise, so that in establishing the desired meaning, it does not become unestablished and reversed, therefore, understand it in this way.

It is so. It is said that the reason can only prove that it exists in the similar side and that it does not exist where the probandum does not exist, but it cannot be proved by reversing it. For example, whatever is made is impermanent, or destruction is the result here. If the pervasiveness of what is made is not explained, then the relationship is uncertain. Therefore, this should depend on the same order. Even if it has become unmade here, it is well explained that the order is not certain because it also accomplishes and completes the desired meaning. Since there is no difference between the two in order to accomplish the desired meaning, where does this come from? Because of what is said, "because of the dharma," etc., it is first explained that the pervasiveness is strongly proved by the probandum. So, what is it that proves its pervasiveness? Here, "here also," etc. are mentioned. "Here also" here is the reason of nature. The proofs of the pervasiveness of result and non-observation, etc., will be explained later. There is no reason from the opposite of what is to be established, which is the remainder. A measure with harm is that which harms the reason that exists from the opposite of what is to be established. To briefly explain it, that is what proves pervasiveness. So, what is the measure with harm that explains it? If things exist, or all that is made, these indicate the two reasons mentioned earlier. If it does not perish every moment, then it will become completely non-existent. Why? Because things that are not momentary cannot function in a sequential or simultaneous manner. In this way, for things that are manifestly intended to be proven not momentary, it is unreasonable to function temporarily in a sequential manner, because the nature of being able to produce results is always present. If it is not so, then it will not act later, because it has not gone beyond the previous nature, just like before. If it is said that it is proved by acting simultaneously, it is not so, because the difference in the nature of the beginning has not completely abandoned the previous nature, so it needs to rely on acting simultaneously.
